I just did a few of these exercises right now at the house (what I could do with what I have) and WOW!!! I see exactly what you mean by your IG post! I was using very low weight dumbbells and resistance bands to do these, and this is exactly the change that I have been needing! Thank you again!

I tried the lying down lateral raises this morning but the machine didn’t have a large enough range of motion. How did you set that up to get the full range?
