Strict reps is just another training variable... It causes a lot of Mental fatigue...strict reps in time will work against you... Likewise loose reps in time will work against you.... The solution is Using instinctive training.
Bodybuilding is not multitasking its single-mindedness... having a fitness nut Yak at you and spoil your concentration... bodybuilding is a feel sport, sets and Reps of got to be cultivated... can't be learned in one slam dunk workout!

Which ones are you a fan of? My grip strength sucks and prevents me from doing more reps on a lot of exercises. (I don't want to necessarily work grip strength directly because as a woman, I don't want massive forearms.)
pirhan I’ve been using versa gripps for 4 years! Best investment I’ve ever made for back day! Pure isolation of the muscle you’re trying to recruit! I recommend the pro gripp! Just measure your wrist circumference and other the size accordingly!

I have developed a BB technology that's decades ahead of what I see on the internet. I've watched your videos and must say in all honesty that you're just not ready to do a video series on exercise! There's nothing really new here. You just don't understand the "fine points" of exercise. What I see you doing is trying to correct the flaws of stone age training technology. The real answer is to totally disguard much of the accepted beliefs about training. BB training is as much a religion - a belief system - as a science. Got to get the religion out of bodybuilding. Why aren't you doing videos on advanced steroid use. Even if you're doing everything wrong with your training - pump in enough steroids and the results are fantastic - I've seen it - you've seen it. Tell the truth!

For maximum effect on the incline dumbbell row is best done on the incline bench that leaves out the lumbars! Just like the machine version does!
