Great advice and absolutely spot-on I’ve been dealing with problems from C7 And you have been on point with every problem I have come across, I wish I had come across this video when I first had symptoms because I could have pinpointed the problem straight away from the very start instead of having disagreements with NHS specialists that don’t all know what they’re talking about. excellent review. You could do a better job with patient in a slump posture which creates adverse mechanical tension on the nerve rootlets. If you discover motor weakness and I would like to confirm it's coming from the cervical spine versus a weak muscle, are you correct posture to an ideal and then retest the nerve root. If the patient is stronger in good posture , that is a strong indication that the problem is our cervical origin versus some kind of extremity muscle problem.

I severely hyper-extended my neck at least a month ago but didn't have any immediate problems.. Weeks later my right shoulder is now causing severe pain when in neck extension.. Your test with my shoulder in abduction has verified my issue is in the cervical region which is what I suspected due to the injury... Recently the pain has started in my right shoulder even with my neck not in extension, it's starting to get hard to sleep at night.. going to try to get a x-ray to rule out a fracture

can someone explain to me why sometimes when we woke up, there is severe stiffness and pain in the neck and shoulder region so that we even cannot move or rotate our neck properly!!!What might be the cause and treatment??
This Utube explains everything that my son has gone thru his neurologists kept telling me all these years that everything was the same when I would go to them with new issues coming up thru the years. I never knew what the same meant. I'm so sick to my stomach & in tears knowing that they could have done more for him. Due to the severity of this disease became my son had a horrible fall Apr 2020 due to balance & falling backwards into his shower with shower curtain wrapped around him. Caregiver never showed up & his was in the most horrible position from 2am- noon. He is now left with Spinal Cord Injury C2,3,4 and considered incomplete Tetraplegia.. I'm so upset right now. He also is currently in ICU due to his shunt not working and his body not absorbing the spinal fluid due to all his scar tissue in the abdomen area. I'm so Angry.

Pain meds not high enough they give ..at night once I take my tizanidine with my payment I knocked out at night. I put lidocaine patches menthol patches ice pack heat packs pain comes back and grows. I go to the gym and I work out gently to keep my arms strong it's not helping and I work out my legs and my lower back which someday hopefully not have to get another disc taken out. It's hard to change pain clinics because they could always change your pain meds to less and make things worse which I experience too many times. So today I fast enough they're going to do another MRI than a CT scan with contrast cuz I told him something is very wrong.
I met with bike accident on 2017 and my left side ccollar bone got broke and under that crvical nervous got damage c5-c6, c6-c7, c7-d1 got damage but I did my surgery . But my arm muscles has not grown up much and not getting much arm strength and getting problems to. can't lift shoulder up much freely. And got hand weakness. And hand got numbnesscan can you suggest anything. To strength it

Hello,I’m also suffering from same illness as my spine was compressed between C6 and c7 last year which destroy everything now in my life....I loose my job,Family almost everything but I find no solution for this illness from almost a year. Most of the people says Operation is never successful for spine and this pains always shoulder fingers numbness and back pain as well.Did u find any solution for this ? If yes then plz let me inform.I wish u a speedy recovery as ASAP
