- Testing Minecraft Java with Optifine and shaders on the Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR3! I only tested the shaders at 720p because they're intensive and it'd be terrible at 1080p.

730 IS NOT CRISPY.
I loved this little card back when I was kinda poor, not really different from the 710 but i loved it with my heart
The black clouds are there because you're supposed to turn off clouds (when using shaders), clouds don't affect fps at all so no worries switching it off or on
Minecraft tips
1. If you jumb while attacking it will do more damage
2. Press FN + F5 will turn your camera into first person , second person and third person

there is a guy called Edward gaming who played with gt 730 cyberpunk 1.5 so maybe the gddr5 version supports?
By adding a few tweaks like making the graphics fast (but trees are set to fancy/smart), you could gain 15 more frames than that. The only thing that I notice when I change to fancy is transparency changes. By only changing the trees' transparency, it won't damage ur fps a lot.

You can get Coal from tree log, but don't make Wooden Planks from it, just put it in the oven and you can put Wooden Planks as fuel .. otherwise yes, I know it's a graphics card test, but it's also a series, so that's why I advise you :D

I mean my request has kinda been successful as I asked for the gt 710 benchmark because the game became a bit unoptimized, I got the 730 still happy and love your content :)

@@v1Dice I use sodium -_- it's basically half the performance of 1.16.5 sodium in 1.18.1
@@v1Dice Optifine is all but dead. Sodium/iris beat it in every way. Shader support, much better optimization, and even ported to forge too. The only way optifine beats it is shader compatability as that's something they're still working on but most major shaders work perfectly.

@@zWORMzGaming will the shaders run better on 1.16.5, in which we see at least 30 fps on bsl or chocapic low? btw 25 fps is playable for me since i played with shaders on my 520 laptop with drops down to 20 fps. (i have a 3060 ti now).
With performance mods, I figured out that Minecraft at 32 chunks gives me 450+ on my GTX 1050 at 1080p fancy graphics, which is pretty cool
I have a GeForce 9800 GTX+, and on the BSL shaders, on the low preset, it actually gets the same FPS, or better than the GT 710. I am impressed in that old GPU.

2:26 Can confirm for the second gen mobile i3.
That's even throttling a gt520m when I don't install optifine.
Reaches 60 when stationary, goes to the twenties when loading chunks.
Stutters like hell, even with optifine.
And then here it was in 1.17.1 getting 75-120fps. Consistently. (With optifine of course)
Optifine does nothing for me, it just makes my settings more customizable
Optifine is now outdated iris is complete upgrade for it and it gives way more frames. The best fps combo is iris, lithium, and phosphor. I really wish more people talked about it as optifine is all but dead as even iris has been ported to forge so there's real reason to use optifine.

you should try using the Minecraft mod Sodium in some of your videos. It’s a performance mod similar to Optifine but can sometimes triple or even quadruple the FPS you get in vanilla or Optifine.

U can also try continum rt , Apollo,kappa and voyager 2.0 shaders also which are a bit of graphic intensive shaders which most of us like I think .
Yes kryzzp you re right,even with the i5 3470 that i have i was getting around 90-100 fps with the gt 730 at 1080p,but my gt 730 died im not sure why,and why it died in 1 week,i mean is it a bad idea to keep a card overclocked all of the time? or it was its time to go?
I noticed sometimes turning off depth of field and motionblur can give pretty big fps boosts

The clouds are kust bugging you can disable them in the settings the shader already has a sky texturepack with clouds

Minecraft tip to get a horse
1. Give some wheat to them
2 . Try to sit on the horse with bare hand ( if it avoids feed them and try to sit with bare hand)
3. If you got the achievement " best friends forever" congratulations you just got a new friend❤️
4. To ride it you need saddle you can get it in village chest , minecarts,spawners,templefortress, etc
5. After you get in the horse open inventory (E) you will open the inventory of horse and put a saddle and you can also put armour.

Kryzzp can you benchmark some famous or intresting older games for these lower end GPUs. As these GPUs are not capable of modern games, it would help them to enjoy older games which are less known to many people and they can enjoy it on their old hardware

what will be the fps in 720 p with low or medium settings with the particles off and optifine or sodium
so for the glitched clouds. you just gotta turn clouds off in the video settings. i think its in "details" because since the shaders have their own sky and cloud rendering system the normal clouds tend to glitch out
Hey kryzzp, there is a super lite version of chocopic shaders named "Chocopic Toaster Edition". It runs comparitively better than chocopic lite and there is hardly some difference between them.

Disable the clouds if they appear black when you have shaders,from what i remmeber the blocky ones will go away but not the shaders ones try it.

4 minutes ago i found 5 diamonds in a blacksmith and fell down a ravine and i didnt had my spawn set
i recommend using version 1.15.2 optifine ur fps will boost from like 100 to like 300-400 even 500 if optimized well

I wonder which it is that's doing the heavy lifting to get such awesome performance? The Ryzen? The huge amount of fast RAM? OptiFine? Or is the GT 730 just somehow an uber-card, no matter how pathetic (except for quantity of RAM) GPU-Z says it is? [I struggle to get 30fps at 1440x900 with my 1-gig (DDR5) HD 6770 backed up by 8 gigs of 1337MHz DDR3 and a Phenom II X4 840 @ 3.2GHz, even with settings way down low (Render & Simulation Distance at 6 & 4, for example)]
Can u please make a benchmark/ testing video of Rx 6400....

you should try using sodium client it's a optimization mod for Minecraft it's a lot better than optifine, optifine has more feature than sodium but sodium client is made just for optimization 👍
Edit: my performance difference was around 120 to 250 fps and then with the client it almost doubled

I'm using the iris mod and sodium for chocapic lite and it almost runs the same as the GT 730 (It's slower in other games though)
i recently switch to this graphics card and on intel i3 - 2120 with using optifine on 1600x900 resolution in a flat world by looking down i got 400 fps

you will get A MUCH better fps with sodium mod (like +60-70 fps), but its incompatible with optifine

You should test an the Intel HD 520 integrated graphics. Used that for 3 years, Its kinda impressive fps I got in CS GO
