Morten Aarstad The reason for the 24 hour video is so patients can see the immediate recovery, not the result. The final result may not be visible for up to 6 months, depending on treatments. The treatment is new and this idea was to explain it. I will post results when they happen in the future. You would not see much result at 3 weeks.

I wish i knew of KYBella though. but i love how it look for years. and i have no regrets either way.

Thanks Jasim, I would imagine that that is just an inflammatory response and it will settle down over the next several weeks. I would have the patient put warm compresses on it and perhaps prescribe a steroid to take orally. Joe
Although I cannot give a formal medical opinion, These are not usually from infection, but placing the patient on a cephalosporin would probably not be a problem
My doctor injected numbing medicine first/then kybella but I dont feel a thing..Now I read one doctor states thats not good to do because it will not have that great of an effect is that true? Rememeber he injected the medicine first wait about a couple of minutes then the kybella is that not as effective?

Correct. It takes a month or two for it to work,but I get better results with liposuction and hence don't do much Kybella unless requested by patient. Thanks for watching
I numb my patients, so no real pain. Same as anything else, it would hurt if you were not numb. You do get a lot of swelling for several days. I prefer liposuction for that area, but some people request this treatment. Thanks for watching.

It is pretty simple, put it in the fat and avoid nerves and glands.
Let's wait 20 to 30 years and see what the side effects are. Just because the FDA approved it means diddly squat, how many times has the FDA erred?
It has been around with different names like mesotherapy for 30 years, so probably safe.
