I have been wanting to try a puffy quilt but have been too intimidated. i liked your explanation. it was very clear and helpful and I am feeling like I can give it a try too. also I love your color choice. So beautiful. I look forward to your next video. thank you for sharing. 🌻
I just want to add, the next part of the puff quilt is the part I have trouble with. I would like a method that doesn't require cutting the backs to stuff them or putting an added fabric layer to cover up the mended hole. It may sound stupid, but I would like it to look just like little pillows in a row with finished seams. Also, I thought I would like to make the puffs become a "picture", like a teddy bear shape or bunny and with a different "picture" on the back. OK, maybe that sounds just too ambitious, but if I knew what I was doing, I would design such a thing. I have all kinds of ideas of what I would like to do with a puff quilt. Thank you for sharing. Please let me know when you make the next segment of this project! 🙂
Oh this will be beautiful!!
I have been hoping to see a good way to make a puff quilt. I can't wait to see what you do next. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome!
These quilts look so cute. I was intimidated before but you simplified the instructions.
Thank you! I’m happy that you’re going to give it a go. It’s been really fun piecing it together.
Great video! Excited to see more 😊

Those are amazing ideas! I’m sure you could figure out how to do it with some research and practice. You already have the creativity!

Sounds like something like a potholder quilt method would work: each pillow finished with seams inside and then sewn together.
What fabric you have used ? It’s beautiful
what do you put in the Pouches??
I used Morning Glory premium fiberfil. But you can use any brand of polyester fibers. Places like Hobby Lobby and JoAnn’s sells it.
