Tamarind Chicken Recipe (easy)

In today's recipe we show you how to cook a version of Tamarind Chicken. This recipe is realy tasty and SO SO easy to cook.
Tamarind is a lovely ingredient, it give a sort of mellow sourness to a dish. Even this wife likes it which is saying something i can tell you.
SO if you have never tried Tamarind this is the recipe for you.

Ingredients 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped) 1 inch ginger (finley chopped) 3 cloves garlic (finley chopped) 1 tsp sesame oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tbsp tamarind paste 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce pepper to taste 450g chicken thighs (boned and skin removed) 1 tbsp oil

TIP: (optional) Gave a single Whistle to the chicken in a pressure cooker and then marinated it without adding water.. sauteed it..then used the chicken stock for the sauce prep and thickened it 👍 came out wonderful 👍👍

Tried this marinade for baking chicken in the oven - didn't work very well, skin started burning quickly. Best to just fry it on the pan as prescribed.

Should I use boneless chicken or boned chicken ? In the description says boned but in video seems boneless.

Ah, one of the joys of the english language. The term "boned" means with the bone removed.. and therfore the same as "boneless" I hope that helps.
