I had a long time girlfriend and she pulled this mess. After a year or two trying to make it work, I met someone else and we just clicked and she was and is beautiful. I cut the ex off completely then low and behold she's calling, she's putting the new girl, she's blowing up my phone. I had to tell her, I'm done. She was playing little girl games and I was with a woman who truly respected me, love me and had my back. 20 years later I'm married with a couple of kids, 6 digit salary, PhD and her siblings and mom still see me out and say how she blew it and all she can find are bums who play her. She's 48 single.and no kids and still clubbing. And, I'm traveling with my wife wherever we want to go living my best life. The best revenge, move on and live your best life.

This is better than caller her, trying to get back together or actively trying to "show her" what she has missed. Trust me, no woman likes calling an ex and finding out he is happier without her and capable of doing all of the things that she really needed but channeling it to another woman.

When you have any source of fulfillment and validation (social or sexual) other than her she's going to feel that right in her ego.
