"The eye of the beholder" was about a woman who is recovering in a Hospital after undergoing an operation to make her look "normal" and she is built up as hideous, and throughout the episode she talks about her experience being absolutely hideous. All the while her face is covered by bandages and all the Hospital staff's faces are hidden in shadow. Eventually we learn that the society she lives in banishes all the deformed people to camps to live in exile, like the leader is making speaches about it on television and stuff. At the end of the episode her bandages are removed and it is revealed that she is actually drop dead gorgeous and everyone else has these pig faces and she is taken away by this absolute snack of a dude to live in the camps with him. The head doctor laments that he "was the only one able to see the beauty on the inside". The whole episode is about how we shouldn't judge people and toss them out based on looks, and that they can still be beautiful, which is probably why they switched things around in the looks department.
