Honestly it’s crazy how UA-cam guidelines change all the time and she literally broke so many rules but they are willing to just brush it under the rug because she’s literally giving them money. And I’ve said this before where I’ve said to either a friend or someone that I worked with that celebrities are treated like gods and slowly but surely even UA-cam influencers are going to be treated like that as well and not like people who do crimes they’re gonna be looked at as idols that younger children are going to idolize and do the same thing just so that they can get views.

More difficult to pull off and get away with - there's another not-quite official division in how this is normally treated, separating people who may or may not be wealthy but are definitely "public figures" from people who may be incredibly wealthy but whose behaviour (and how they spend their money) makes it clear they're trying to keep out of the public eye. While the principle that "exposing somebody whose career depends on exposure cannot be provably negative" doesn't work that well, its very existence affects how the legal system treats cases.

I wish that her punishment was the demonetization and a strike because she would have the first strike. Then get a second strike for ban evading by reuploading on to her second channel to avoid the demonetization, leaving her with one more strike before she gets banned.

With SSSniperWolf's demonetization, it was just her new videos until everyone on the internet complained enough at which point UA-cam demonetized her entire main channel. While this was going on, she was reuploading videos from her main channel to her second channel which wasn't demonetized and after people pointed that out that UA-cam demonetized her second channel.
I wish that her punishment was the demonetization and a strike because she would have the first strike. Then get a second strike for ban evading by reuploading on to her second channel to avoid the demonetization, leaving her with one more strike before she gets banned.
