Don’t look only from the smartphone spec but analyze by finished picture quality. Never ever ever ever trust the spec when you guys do not elaborate with real photographer eyes analysis.
The way you're testing these phones just shows the features of the camera, it would be great if you talked about actual image quality regarding color, sharpness, exposure, since those are the things that actually matter
They talk about image quality in detail in their written reviews. If you use their photo and video compare tools, you can easily tell which camera is the best and you will find their opinions mostly correct and to the point.
I love my LG G8, while it doesn't have the triple camera design that everyone seems to be popularizing, the photos that it takes are incredibly detailed. I switched from an iPhone X and the camera was good but not great. Switched to this phone and the difference is night and day.
Also, a lot of guys talk a lot about Angie this and Angie that....but this man is so underrated. Barring his questionable choice of music, his voice is calm and he seems like such a nice dude to hang around.
If people love photography and want a phone with a decent camera too, then it might be better to compromise and look at mid range phones, save money and buy a good MFT compact-or camera with one inch sensor to complement it. The cost could be £200 less than a flagship phone! Many mid range hand sets now have acceptable/good cameras with some limitations-as do many costly "Flagship" phones! I think some expectations of what phone cameras can do (they are pretty amazing in my opinion) are just too high! No phone could match the quality of an MFT sensor. For example! A combination of the Samsung A50 and a Panasonic GX80 is my choice! Both camera and phone would fit in a small-ish camera bag. And avoiding a high end phone will give cheaper contract deals too-with more data! Just a suggestion :)
I didn't think Mi Note 10 would make an appearance, though I was hoping for variety rather than just flagships, but it's understandable, maybe next year.
@@RennieAsh maybe, but adding a zoom lens would probably protrude ALOT compared to these prime lenses. Who knows, we might get a protruding camera module
108 MP is for day light photography not low light ..27 MP (4 MP combined into 1BIG MP) is for low light photography .....That guy always gives half reviews on Chinese smartphones or you can say he only use 108 MP mode because his title says 108 MP..And if you want best low light photo then you can install Gcam
I am surprised that with its great detail capturing ability and amazing raw image potential, the Nokia 9 didn't make it. I guess it just leaves too much for a user to do compared to other phones
@@RennieAsh video is definitely not the best because the phone lacks optical image stabilization. However, I have noticed that for the post part the photos are pretty good. Colors are realistic. It just expects a raw image to be edited for "eye pleasing" vibrance and saturation.
Ricky Jassal I generally take raw images with my iPhone if I am taking a “picture”. Pity the app chews up battery. Editing images on the phone is ok, and funny because it’s an iPhone SE lol. I don’t even have proper image editing software on the pc

I just bought one of the LG V35 phones from Amazon as a prime exclusive phone for $399 brand new UNLOCKED. The dual 16mp camera sensors are amazing on this phone! The 10bit sensor and manual camera settings and options are second to none.
iPhone 11 pro does not produce "muted colors", it produces most natural and best for post grading photos just like the DSLR do. My first choice is definitely the iPhone 11 Pro, and i believe most professional photographers too. My second choice is Huawei, it is the second best pure imagery shooter, with an advantage in good zooming ability. Xiaomi, on the other hand, still couldn't get the color and lights distribution right in many cases, to get a sharp tele zooming image doesn't grand a good score in photography rating.
I am glad that the zenpone 6 is not on your list. I have been using one for three months, during which time I have taken it back to the agent for repair, including one trip this morning. I have yet to go there a fourth time just for a goddamn cable. Imagine the hassle of traveling back and forth, not to say the trims of losing a lot of photos taken before the 1st repair. It's never a reliable smartphone in my case. Maybe mine is not the norm. Maybe you have a better experience.
