The whine sound comes from the 13b itself, not a fucking supercharger. What about the blow off valve? In first stage, (which uses the EXACT SAME sound file) Ryouske specifically mentions his turbocharger. "What about his instant throttle response?" In fourth stage, during the Kyoko battle, Ryouske specifically mentions how the idea that turbos are laggy is obsolete.

I was curious of Brian's 2fast 2furious skyline sound as well and as it turns out there are real life cars sounding like it. It would be awesome if there was actually a car that sounds like this !
