price aside. this is the most beautiful estate i know. seeing one drive by always Drops everyone mouths. i love this car.
I prefer the CLS Shooting Brake, but I agree with you: it's just gorgeous.
I love the CLS but the Audi clearly is the better race estate. It's the better choice for daily autobahn experience.

I could buy any old sedan if all I wanted was a sedan. I want to be able to buy a new RS6 sedan.
This is the 40th UA-cam video I've seen on the the RS6. You can't help falling in love with this car. It seems that everyone agrees that it is such a fine car in terms of satisfying even the most demanding drivers. I find this video is also very good and informative. Thomas doesn't rush you into loads of info in one go, rather he introduces you to the car in a relaxed manner covering all the necessary details as it should. The video is very well proportioned and balanced: specs, city ride and autobahn.
PS I calculated the acceleration from 100 KM to 200 KM and I think it took around 9.39 seconds

You can already buy a Hummer H2. Its over 2m wide! Imagine driving that through some of our roads.....

I think Audi has perfected the twin turbo V8 exhaust note. Sounds better than the AMG products (C63/E63/S63/etc).

This car is great, you could beat some sports cars with the wife, 2 kids, and the family dog in the car with you!

If you race with your family in a car.. you really are a dangerous idiot. Race on a track with professionnals don't play with lives of everyone on open roads. And who cares that you drive more fast than the others?

+loo lolo There's a difference between racing and beating everyone at the traffic light. With modern cars accelerating hard at a light is not that dangerous. Also speed doesn't kill otherwise there would be way more deadly accidents on the Autobahn. The most dangerous people there are people that drive slowly and don't look at what's coming from behind before overtaking a truck.

Martin Noordman dynamic drive makes the car worse, you want the comfort and fast acceleration- so comfort is enough

For car enthusiasts, we see 100 percent more detail on here, than if we went into our local show room to inspect one (probably wouldn't find one in the showroom, & the salesperson wouldn't let me near it, if there was one!). I'd never drive one. So much more detail here, than a magazine article. Well done. On the Driving Impressions, we love the camera angle of the dashboard, instruments and road ahead (you set up the camera so well, with an image in the door mirror, and of the Side Assist, and of most of the instruments. It's also interesting to see you demonstrate the Adaptive Cruise too) - more of that camera angle if possible - it's great! Many thanks.The RS6 Performance? Nice car! Cars? I love all cars!

Its because of the Lights shape and Grill underneath . A6 has similair Look .. only different Bumper and not the Wide Fenders . But also without the wide Fenders it would be perfect for all the Viewers / Customers.

I agree about the safety and reassurance you have with a faster car, you can do things you need to do with confidence. Sure it adds the risk of crashing, but you need to learn how to control the power. Hoping to get one these cars later this year, fingers crossed :D

This car is laterally my favorite car in the whole world. I love this car so much I love everything about it. the look of the car is so quite and discrete but could beat any other car on the road, to me it is just pure awesomeness. if I were to choose one car to use every day forever right now this is the car for me. its the best of both worlds in terms of practicality, sound and speed.
I would have like the car to have 5 seats though hopefully its an option.Hopefully the new models will be even better, can't wait to be able to afford this car, which I will.

Your review was excellent I like how you are honest in your opinion with regard to the options. Your english is very good also, one little thing, the steering wheel does not have an "end" as it is relatively circular. A better word would be "bottom" when describing the lower half that is flat :) You have a new subscriber!

You absolutely deserve more subscribers in my opinion. Your reviews are much more in depth than others and your attention to detail in my opinion is paramount with regard to growing your channel. I was born in dusseldorf but have lived most of my life in the south east of the UK and I now work in London. So we have some affiliation!
I am currently looking at purchasing an RS6 at 26 as I would like a second car that is reasonably practical but also as some aggression. I personally would not spend the premium on the "performance" option as it is essentially the same engine with no mechanical tweaks that I know of. One of my close friends owns a 2013 RS6 is a ABT remaps and exhaust with around 730HP so I personally do not see the point in the extra investment when you can gain a huge amount with very little modifications.
Would very much like to hear an experienced car reviewer such as yourself view on the dilemma?

Very impressive car! In a bit less suspicious color and with a bit more decent wheels nobody will be any the wiser and you'd be cruising around anonymously with 600+ hp. Seems like a wonderful experience to drive around with a car that accelerates so effortlessly. And it sounds really great too.
Plus you will quickly get a new friend: the guy from the gas station! :-)

But I have to admit that this car and your review made me think about just getting an RS6. What do you think? Great review, again, keep that way!

I share your point of view concerning the retractable entertainment screen, it's elegant and practical. Nowadays, they seem to put the screens "on top of the dashboard" and I always feel the vision is somehow impaired by that choice. One thing is sure, I think you should have them in your vision rather than lower, underneath the ventilation nozzles for exmaple, because this force your eyes to leave the road and it's not safe.
But the best would be to have tactile or holographic parts directly on the windshields, opareted by gestures (like VW allows with certain entertainment systems).

Hey guys, I've discover your channel just today and it has a very good content !
If I can propose you something that I don't see on other channels is the "Family acceleration", you take the maximum of passengers in the car and take the 0-100, 0-200 or 0-250 with those 4 passengers like when there is a family with 2 children. If think it's a good test because those cars like the RS6 Avant are made for it but I've not seen this kind of test before !

yep. We also hardly to burnouts and acceleration stuff, just with performance cars, max. 2 ppl in the car and also just in safe surroundings and 100 % control. Safety and health is so much more important than any show
