WOW. I've had this same mod completed for a few months. Did the CSF radiator, CJD electric fans, CSF condensor, Hayden aux trans cooler, Z1Offroad CAI & Z1 silicone master hose set, in red like yours. I used a vaccum system for both refills to minimize air pockets and had zero leaks or issues, EXCEPT it kept randomly overheating. It would do it going down the road for several minutes, then drop back down with no correlation to engine load, but especially did so when idling, and without the extra air movement to help out even boiled out of the reservoir the first time because I hadn't noticed the temp gauge while I was eating my lunch. I tested for a blown head gasket after that incident, fearing the worst, but it thankfully did not show I had exhaust gas in the coolant. So, I went ahead and purged the system with a no spill funnel and got some out, but it built back pressure and boiled over while I was purging it, which it seemed like had allowed it to pull some in again anyway, if that was the case to start with. It seemed like that process helped, but I was still having the same issue ocassionally, just less frequent.
Went ahead and skimmed through this video to see if there were any tips, as I've gathered many others from your channel over the years.
After hours and weeks of frustration, you may have just solved my problem entirely by simply pointing out that the stupid stock cap on the CSF radiators doesn't allow for the return hose to function 🤦‍♂️ I guess that's what I get for assuming they would've sent the proper radiator cap for the application. Luckily my old radiator was sitting 10 ft from me when I watched this, so I just switched them and ran the truck with the reservoir cap off, topped off the coolant and it seems to be working great. Hopefully the issue is resolved 🤞
Long story short, THANK YOU for (as far as I can tell) helping me to resolve what has been quite a frustrating enigma the past few weeks 😂

@ddarrell_5 what is the csf condenser for and why did you replace with cjd electric fans?

Did you ever replace trans cooler hoses I think 5/16 300psi is good would like to run hydraulic hoses straight from trans to radiator but exspensive

We’re you having problems or are you proactively preventing the smod the coolant leaking into the trans. They say to either get a full aluminum radiator or get a delegated trans cooler and bypass the trans coolant lines in the radiator.

No problems yet. I had broke off the drain valve on the radiator when I filled it last time and there was corrosion on it. Ive hear that the plastic will eventually crack too.

@@TitanTownI’ve got a 2012 with 230,000 miles on it. So far it’s been great but this that I’ve read has worried me especially since I can’t afford a new radiator and or separate trans cooler. As I’ve said so far no sign of the problem but it still worries me as well as the manifold problems I’ve read about.

@@jamesfair9751 I haven't heard of the transmission issue in later titans it seems to be more Frontiers and early year Titans.

Dont bypass the cooler lines from the radiator. Especially if you have cold winters. Only dumb people do that. Its a heat exchanger, and it works both ways, to heat the fluid as well as cool it. Most Titans just form a slow coolant leak and do have crappy factory radiators. The trans leak was never really an issue on the Titans. A stock Koyo replacement is of high quality and will last long time. Aluminum rad is a waste on a Titan unless you just do it for fun...these trucks have limited mods to make more power and therefore wont run any hotter than stock.

Can you do a video on how to put a digital instrument cluster in a Nissan Titan?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I probably won't unless I have issues and need to replace mine.
