Hey bud big fan, appreciate what you do and the info you provide. My question is do you ever use compressed air and if you do what’s your setup, and if not why. Thank you,
@@TacticalBro91 Thanks for watching! Compressed air can be very useful however I honestly don't want to carry all the equipment and the brush system lends to less expensive gear and maintenance... Hopefully I answered your question!
Awesome! And that roof wasn't too bad, LOL! It really helps if you can pinpoint how long a normal load takes to dry and stick with that time, every time... That's because, one, two or three years down the road, you'll notice the clothes aren't as dry as they used to get... Then you know, it's time to clean the vent!
Listen we appreciate your views/angles but please be careful safety first. That roof was crazy steep. I’m actually surprised they actually placed the vent on that angle. SN: love your videos and thanks for the timed dry tip. 😊
This is EXACTLY my setup except I have vaulted ceilings...single story slab...dryer vents through the roof... in the attic it's rigid metal all the way... I got tired of cleaning it and found a blog of a lady and her hubby who lived in a condo and dealt with this... She said her husband got one of those one gallon nylon paint strainers and put it into the piece that connects the back of the dryer to the wall... sort of like lining a trash bag...After I cleaned my entire run... I started doing this. My dryer doesn't go all the way against the back wall and there's space between the washer and dryer for me to get back there.... About every 4 loads... I get back, pop it off... vacuum it... put it back. takes me about 5 mins...I've got it down to a science. I've done this for probably 10 years now and my entire vent run has stayed clean...I'm the ONLY one who does laundry and I diligently clean it... dryer never gets overheated... clothes dry fast.... (it's an electric dryer)... I'm just glad my setup allows space between washer/dryer for me to get back there easily.... Venting dryers through the roof is SOOO STUPID!!!
another great video ! liked and subscribed . man cleaning up seems like a pain , maybe a small shop vac with battery could help !! haha just guessing probably hard to bring up there !
I cant see how actively preventing house fires by cleaning out peoples dryer vents is disrespecting someone's property! The lint on that screen was burnt!
Great video as usual Steve. Have you ever thought about using fall protection gear? That roof was very steep and of course we don't want you toppling off it. Keep the videos coming....
This would not be the job for me. I can barely get the nerve to get up high enough on the ladder to clean the gutters, let alone getting to the top and walking the roof. Mad props to you for doing this stuff. So glad my vent is close to the ground!
Any questions? Ask away and I'll help however possible! I truly appreciate you all!!!❤

WOW! This is video goes deep into the process! I appreciate you sharing!
The Eleventh Commandment: thou shalt not place screens over a dryer vent!
HAHAHAHA! BOB! I would try and run that through congress however I'll just NOT DO THAT right now... Thx HSB!
It made me dizzy just watching you walk on that roof!
Awesome video Steve!
Great job, do you ever hookup a vac on the interior of the house to contain the lint instead of pushing it to the exterior?
I have a video coming out in a couple days where I do the cleaning from the interior! Thx for watching!!!

LOL, it wasn't as bad as it looked through the lens but I appreciate you! I try to be relatively safe, lol!❤❤

Hey! Be careful in this heat! Great video! 😊❤😊❤
IT! IS! HOT! Wow! I bet it's hot where you are as well! ❤❤
Am I the only one who regularly cleans behind their washer and dryer?
HAHAHA! Not the only one however there are MANY that don't! LOL

@@QuimBeeLivingstone Hey QUIM, the channel is growing like you said it would from the gates! ❤❤❤❤
@@advsLLC hehehe yep! I know good content when I see it 😊
I’m thinking the same thing how dangerous is that! You could be paralyzed if you fell or head injury.

Issue is there isn't anything on the typical roof to tie off to... I guess it's just part of the job, LOL!

AWESOME!
Why in the world would you put the dryer vent through the roof???
Definitely not getting up there!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
❤❤❤
Why weren't you wearing safety gear?
Hey now.... I had shoes on! HAHAHAHA!
I enjoy seeing the ckeaning
Sorry but the thought of heights is a little scary for me. But I still like the videos.
Does anyone know how or where i can buy that snake hose he is using?
