I went there last night for the first time for dinner. I had fried catfish, corn bread, greens, five (5) lemon pepper chicken wings, and banana pudding. I live in eastern Thailand, so no soul food available. I loved the meal, customer service, and the owners friendliness was a plus. I will go to eat again, when visiting Pattaya.

No, you can only own 49 percent. But you can pay for 100 percent of it 😀

The real estate agent on another channel stated that in your from out of the country, to establish a Thai business entity and have that entity purchase to do away with the 51% rule. I'd probably have a thai lawyer set everything up. I'd verify that no other entity is listed within the official documentation, just to make sure that the lawyer isn't ripping me off. I would then pay for a second consultation from a 3rd party attorney from a nearby city to review. When I open my apartments, I'll be offering clients amenities such as daily or weekly maid cleanings, laundry, private chefs, and in home entertainment.

No, the mark up for a small business on Grab and panda is over 25percent. They take delivery by phone for the local areal

@Tommy Watson The most important question was missed. How much capital (minimum) do you think a person needs to rent a place, equipment, licenses, food...etc? I know it depends upon the type of business, but let's just say, a capital outlay for a restaurant like yours. Plus reserve cash. Give us an idea. Thanks.

April 25th 2023 I was wanting some home cook food. So I got in a cab wanting some “Kickin Yardbird “ but it was closed damm .

Sorry we was a little busy that day. Had a few orders for the bars near our shop. I would have liked to introduce my lady in the video if we where not busy.
I took the food to go it just wouldn’t have had the same effect in my hotel room 20 minutes later but the food looked and tasted good it was more about the business of doing business overseas.
