Shouldn’t RBM use filtered water (with no chlorine) for the sour dough? I’m just learning about sour dough & that’s what I’ve been told. With the tap water where we have chlorinated water the yeast won’t grow apparently. (Obviously I have lots to learn!) I loved Gretzky’s singing! Reminded me of my son’s husky who used to do that! Love your vlogmas! The two of you are too much!
So usually we use water from staten island where my mom lives in NY because the water is AMAZING!!!! And I will ask him I have read different things! :) I red people do us filtered water people use tap water all of it! I guess there are so many different recipes also depending on your area temperature where you are!
