He once described the intelligence agency as “part of my heartbeat.” Bush Sr. was at the helm of the CIA from January 1976 to January 1977. During that time, he oversaw Operation Condor, a U.S.-backed campaign in the 1970s and '80s in which Latin American countries coordinated to eliminate political dissidents. The campaign involved military dictatorships in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. We speak with Ariel Dorfman, best-selling author, playwright, poet and activist, who teaches at Duke University. In 1973, he served as a cultural adviser to Chilean President Salvador Allende's chief of staff. He says George H.W. Bush was “presiding over the CIA when Pinochet, the dictator of Chile, had concentration camps open. They were torturing people. They were executing people. They were persecuting people. And they were killing people overseas.” We also speak with Greg Grandin, prize-winning author and professor of Latin American history at New York University, and José Luis Morín, professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Can anyone clear up this decades-old question? Was he in Dallas or not the day President Kennedy was assassinated? There is an alleged picture of what looks like him on the internet from Dallas, Texas on 22 November 1963, but it would be interesting to find out the truth.
That is an interesting question..I'm 69 and always had a lousy memory, yet I can clearly remember where I was and what I was doing when JFK was gunned down.

No one knows but there are some speculation and some videos that kind of explain the entire thing. 1. They are all criminal crime families which is why the wives all got the communication. 2. It most likely was from Trump ie "I know everything and if you kill me it all gets out". 3. One theory is that George Jr flipped on the deep state and sold them all out to save his skin. His expression to Laura was a clear sign of defeat. In my opinion he knew the notes were coming, therefore he flipped and made a deal with Trump to sell out the Clintons and the rest. Of course its speculation but why do you think they didn't just kill him like JFK. He has too much dirt on them all. That's really what is going on.

No individual person has yet been proven to have known in advance that shots would be fired at the motorcade in Dealey Plaza that day, except perhaps the shooter himself, so I suppose the answer to your question could be "one."

What I wonder, when is junior going to come on national tv and apologize to us vets and active duty forces still serving-for getting us into an unjust war. There is one or maybe two that can rightly say they apologized to us-Richard Clarke would be the first-and he did it in a book. Maybe someone could explain to him one of the bedrock-foundations of military leadership is leading by exampple which he failed miserably at. I am not saying I am aboout to cry a river if no one apologizes but it just seems like when decisions are made and later learned to be the wrong decision...too many have died, too many have commited suicide, and too many had their careers snatched from us when recieving debilitating and disabling wounds we will live with for the rest of our lives. I know most do not think that way (no longer having a career in the armed forces) but I do because I am one of those this happened to.
