Thank you drivers! Especially to those who provide these great videos. You give us 4-wheelers a view of the world that we will never see. Keep the videos coming and coming.
Thanks man, but this country is made up of a lot of hard working people that each add up to what we are as a whole. We are just one link in the chain imo
Going from 70 West to the 40/22 access ramp is a cemetary to the left. Mowed grass there for the church when I was a kid. Lived in New Concord. Looks like that little town hasn't changed at all, save for maybe a newer police car in front of the same old station. Popular "bypass" route for trucks, but DOT knew that too. Stopped 'em with regularity 45 years ago. Live in Florida now and haven't seen that for over 15 years. And the ride over the Fort Henry bridge going from West Va. into Ohio just broke my heart. Lot of family there that have since passed on. Nice to take a little ride down memory lane. Good times. Thank you.
I drove OTR for 13 years, I really miss it, but not the traffic and not Chicago. I ran a lot of states 32 to be accurate. I loved driving out west where you could do 75mph. You just could not tell people running 65 mph trucks that they are losing money in 75mph states. I pulled 48s and 53s, boxes mostly, I did pull refer for a year. I met a lot of drivers on the radio and had good times chatting with them over the years. I miss the Western states, Dakotas, Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming Pretty much anything West of the Mississippi.
My brother FSC Speed Shop how are you, René Solórzano from Ecuador greets you many congratulations for the video and for the 362 Peterbilt I sent you a message my brother do not worry this is the life you said you live in the US which is a paradise just like me I'm still on your UA-cam channel, I'll be watching the videos, a hug from a distance and many blessings, good luck, good trip
First off before even watching this video clip. Fine looking truck ! Don't quite know why. Just know I love cabovers. And it's a Peterbilt too so WOW ! The picture of this truck first drew me in ha ha..... I think it is the way a cab over stands up tall. Or at least it seems to compared to other vehicles.
I watched the whole thing. I enjoyed watching and seeing different views. I miss driving but it's not for me anymore I don't guess. I appreciate you taking the time to do this for us who miss driving.
Love your videos. Great camera views and great CB chatter. Keep the videos coming. That cabover Pete has more character than 90% of the trucks on the road.
Why not run legal and make some money. All that dodging and diving around coops is just wasting time. No need for it anymore. Glad I’m retired. Everybody wanting to be Billy big rigger is the reason all those diesel cops are out there.
The CB chatter in the background was a nice touch...my thoughts in my comment on the last video about the 359...you already got a cool cab over...bring something with a long hood to the channel whether it be a old school w9 or 359 just for variety....and the detroit would be cool...but how cool would a 359 or w9 with a 3408 cat under the hood...just my thoughts keep up the good work
G**da** I love your truck...Cabover all day. And flatbed too. I ran them from Philly to Atlanta a couple times a week hauling stainless coils in suicide. Loved it.
These videos are great than others I've seen, cameras positioned different locations to show different angles. I happened to come across your channel a few videos ago which was the fire truck. 👍🙂
I watched the Banning scales backed out on the road lots of times ,just holler on the CB scales closed and when about 20 or so trucks jump out of line just blend right in they dont even try to go after anyone, its a safty issue leaving trucks backed up on the road, another thing despite belief there still are some length restrictions around like Sacramento California even Walmart has to use day cabs at some stores because high over length fines.
@@johncadiz4007 I drove 42 years and they used to chase you down I had a number of friends get tickets for not stopping even after it was backed out on the road,I also had a friend get rearended on the 91 for stopping they wrote him a ticket for impeding traffic and causing the accident, but after the lawsuit agaisnt Chp and the state of California in the 90s there not so strict anymore but you will get a cop once in a while on a power trip try and be tough.

Hi first time wacher. And in my opinion do not know why you're driving hgv . A's your camera work and editing skills are excellent .now a fan 👍🇬🇧 Rorke
Not a whole lot of cabovers around here in the USA anymore like there use to be back in the day when the max overall length by law was shorter than it is today.

I drove a 84 Freightliner cabover and nothing worked on the dashboard. I remember holding a flashlight in my mouth to see the speedometer. Well at least the speedometer worked!
Had my first car and motorbike (in England) at 15 to start learning to drive in the local fields to learn to control a vehicle. First road legal driving from age 17, again both bike and car. Moved to Australia at 22 and got my full HC (semi trailer and bus with trailer) licence here. Still drive heavy trucks as needed as I find it relaxing, As for the finances, NEVER take on a business partner. Bankruptcy is a common result and (often) only found out the hard way. As for throwing another driver under bus, I would rather help anyone if possible, and even in my car I feel much safer with trucks around me than cars.
Yeah, that New Concorde cop isn't anything to worry about. Usually you get off the exit, make that right at the top of the ramp, and see DOT waving you onto the shoulder.
Hey if I'm not mistaken your New Chrome Bumper shouldn't it have come with a slight notch in the center section to allow for the drop of the radiator shell ? If not the GAPE between the headlights and the top of the new chrome Bumper is fucking HUGE ?

I love that 362. I love any cabover but those 362’s are one of my favorites
My kidneys hurt just thinking about driving a cabover .
Damn love that old cab over Pete, that light blue kwhopper around the 10 min mark was a darn fine large car.
I love how some truckers trust each other to help out or follow each other to take a easy route
Love the old cab overs took my cdl class in one loved it stay safe shinny side up greasy side down
Old cabin over peter car soundin good. Jakes were sounding off. Stay safe neighbor
It looks like a Convoy, thanks for everything you do 👍
Have not seen a working cab-over in more than a decade down here in the south. Great to see one again.
Cab over Pete you handle it well you are a classic professional truck driver
And the gut to prove it
Without them Trucks.. You don't have shit... Period
Your truck sounds like a purring tiger. Stay safe.
That was cool listening to the CB traffic always helpful when on the Highway great Video, Stay Safe out there✌🏽
I have always shut it off. Of course I'm local around Chicago and all it is is people complaining about something or something else.
I used to use mine all the time, but now the language is too bad when I have my granddaughters in the vehicle.
Thank you for running the CB; safety first!!!
Love those cabovers. Don’t see very many of them anymore. I drove a ‘92 Freightliner back in ‘92. I could get in tight places with that thing.
