It's fun watching phone commercials from 2006 advertising the ability to be both a phone and an MP3 player on my phone So excited for the G4 we launch! Thanks for the upload!
I hope the G4 relaunch doesn't destroy the purity of your work. Bringing a simpler, better time to us. A time where we laughed at crude humor with very little political statements, game reviews that weren't afraid to be goofy or rude and told you what you needed to hear. If it does.... we'll have to endure another mainstream gaming journalism outlet circle jerking TLOU 2 and bitching about diversity.
Didn't Adam reference Tolstoy a bunch throughout the series? Idk I think you forgot about a whole mini-serises called Adam Sesslers Soap Box. Now It's okay to wax nostalgia, but you might wanna go back and read the closed captions. Because they we're never quiet when junk happened, just less news on the daily happening back then is all. I'm sure they would have destroyed EA for selling gambling to children in star wars, and burned the ubisoft offices for basically being a creepy sex dungeon towards it's non-tenunred employees

@@inunekomenta Adam Sessler bitched and moan about a trophy in GOW 3 being sexist. It's not that they "grew up". It's because their views are just the same crock of shit you find on Twitter and Tumblr. Not to mention, we're in the worst generation of gaming and then they decided to come back
Let's not pretend the relaunch will capture any of the same feelings watching this as a teen/kid did back in the day. There simply cannot be another X-play. Game reviews can be found, thousands of them under a second (literally), with a simple google search. The idea of sitting through a TV program waiting for a game review is just a relic of the past. I hope they are able to do something that works, but it won't be this formula. I don't see how a video game show can stay fresh when it is bound it be reruns of the same episodes at some point. Also I hope the relaunch doesn't make them go and try taking all these videos down
Man, Metal Saga looks INSANE, but a shame that the game not really having some sort of linear plot made it seem like they were hoping the insanity of the game itself wold sell a bit more.
Sorry... I only have one Extended Play episode, recorded from TechTV on Demand. I didn't get TechTV until Extended Play was already revamped into X-Play.
from what I've seen, the new G4 is missing almost everything that we liked about it back then. (no I'm not talking about the Cops re-runs) I guess Kevin and Adam decided that the rest of the internet is already doing most of the stuff that they used to (mainly on UA-cam with all the gaming related channels with good production). So new G4 is just a bunch of live streams with a hooting, clapping audience and people blabbing about trending topics on Twitter.
to be fair, he always was a outspoken libtard, even before gamergate, but its tru there are a fair amount of jokes he did back in the day that he would prolly grovel and beg for forgiveness for saying if ever dragged up. id be more worried about kevin tho, his whole shtick was sex jokes with olivia, thats why attack of the show was popular tbh
