My currently favorite easter egg is in Shantae: The Pirate's Curse. Where when you get the speed-booster analog and return to dungeon one and dash the opposite way of the first major door you get transported to a simplified version of the first dungeon from the first Shantae.
I honestly thought that that was what he was showing the reward screen for. Then he didn't even mention the sonic shoes or earthworm jim blaster and I was like "hmm..."
Oh, he's been saying that for awhile. It's his favorite game, so whenever he plays it on the show, that will mark the official end of the Completionist
Zatrakus banjo tooie then dkc 2. I think he had implied some around about then. He has also been implying it'll be "sooner than you think". I had assumed that meant a handoff and becoming more casual or letting others submit footage.

The funny thing about the Gta Vice Citys literal Easter egg you showed is that there is also a prequel to that game called Vice City Stories that takes place on the same map. If you go to the location of that Easter egg you enter a room with a little construction site made out of toys and a metal skeleton in the shape of an egg implying that at that point they were still building the egg XD
My favorite easter eggs are the following, the hadoken attack in the first megaman x chill penguin frozen in megaman x4 frost walrus level dark flame in symphony of the night after you use the fire spell by pressing and holding up the pacman reference in skyrim the slot machine level in the snes starfox GTA v ghost of the mayors dead wife in mount chiliad the cow level reference in FF7 re-release on pc mario and gang posters in orcarina of time the truck where supposedly mew was in the original pokemon games was remade in the remakes and finally majora's mask in breath of the wild
yeah its a dlc but i still consider it an easter egg as its a reference to a previous game , and you still have to find it , it's not given to you from the start
One of my favorites is in Lego Jurassic World, you can see Marty McFly getting attacked by a Dino, and how you save him is a reference to Jaws 19. When I, the biggest BTTF fan I know discovered this, I went absolutely crazy!
Best easter eggs (in my opinion): - The Nintendo consoles that appear in almost every Pokémon - When one of your miis states: "The Princess is in another castle" in Miitopia - Kid Icarus conversations in Smash Bros 3DS/Wii U

Jirard looks (& sounds) great in this video! One of my favorite easter eggs is when you connect 4 controllers on a GameCube and hold Z on each of them as you turn it on. It changes the intro sounds into ninja noises. Not even from an actual game but still cool as heck!
That would be brutal. At this point in time, It would probably require completing the game, all the DLC, maxing out every character, and completing all the badass challenges. I got burned out partway through the DLC before skipping straight to Tiny Tina.
Not really a list, but one Easter Egg I appreciate in Kirby 64 is the Cutter Rock combo ability. It's not quite playing as the animal buddies from Dreamland 3, but it's nice to know the devs at least acknowledged them. Another Egg I remembered: All the Pixel Luigis running around in both Captain Toad and in Super Mario 3D World.
I like all of the Easter eggs in the Kid Icarus Uprising game. They either break the fourth wall, poke fun at its own series, or make references to other Nintendo franchises.
Two of my favorite Easter Eggs is from a relatively new game. In "Nefarious" you play as the villain in your quest to kidnap princesses but if you go into the lounge room where they are all kept and look in the fish tank you'll see Baton from the adorable rhythm game "Tadpole Treble" which the developers also worked on. I still remember when my friend and I found the Chris Houlihan room by accident over 20 years ago while playing LttP at his house. Both of our jaws hit the floor. We had no idea what was happening, or what it was about, and were never able to recreate it. I didn't actually learn what the room was until 10 years later, when I read about it on the internet and my mind was once again blown.
game4brains 123 Surprisingly, I've only seen one comment other than this that's mentioned it, which makes me glad because we definitely don't need unnecessary fighting on a video like this.
Halo 3. In one of the levels, which currently escapes my mind at the moment, you can find a poster of Earth. Below Earth, it said in big bold letters: Destiny Awaits. Next to the Earth, is what looks like the Traveler up in the top right corner. Mind was absolutely blown after Destiny came out.
I think my favorite is "something different" from Spiderman 2. When collecting the information nodes in Spiderman 2 some of them would tell you that if you collect all of them (and there were hundred) they would all say something different. So I spent a week of my childhood finding every single one in a time before I had access to internet guides, and after finding the last one I was ready! I immediatly activated the same information node and it said "Something different", at first I was surprised but by the time I activated my third node and confirmed that they all literally said "something different" I was laughing my ass off. They took the time to add in something like 20 different readings of "something different" and that surprise and completion bonus of sort, has stuck with me as one of my favorite gaming memories.
One of my favorites is maybe more self-reference than easter egg, but in the first Dishonored the guards all talk to each other in one of two ways, one is the standard scripted out "Hey player listen to this" but they also just talk when they get near each other "Hey, how old did you say your sister was?" "Blow off chaffer." or "Shall we gather for whiskey and cigars tonight?" "Indeed I believe so." etc. etc. both question and response seem to be from a short list and randomly picked according to what may make sense, to keep it a bit fresh. One of the most common questions however is "Do you think you'll get your own squad after what happened last night?" always answered in the affirmative. When you play the DLC Knife of Dunwall there are a pair of guards chatting near the home of Barrister TImsh it seems to be a nervous lower ranking soldier talking to and somewhat irritating his commander, but if you listen for a few seconds, the junior officer spits out what he was trying to say "It's just.. I wanted to congratulate you sir, on getting your own squad...."
Hmm... My favorites would have to be (I've not played all these games, but I can at least admire them): -The Rattman rooms from the Portal series -Star Wars reference in Skyrim (look it up if anyone's curious. XD) -Chrono Trigger's secret developer room -Aladdin (the Genesis version) with Mickey's ears in the desert -Poke`mon X and Y with, "IT'S OVER 9000" and "Shorts" -Christmas NiGHTS' "Sonic into Dreams" -Sonic CD's "Fun is infinite with Sega Enterprises" -Runner 2's Slenderman sighting -The Mario mask in Legend of Zelda's "Majora's Mask" -“God help! Help me!” audio from Half-Life 2
Yeah Okami isn't super-long as far as completion goes. I had a blast playing through it, when it came out on PS3. Really awesome game. Hopefully Jirard will allow himself to enjoy the game.
I bet the Diddy kong episode going to be a real tearjerker,i love this show and the people behind it its my entertainment through my day and i would really be sad to see it end but Every Beginning..has a MOO!
"completing" a seemingly infinite game is easy as long as there is a main goal to it. The main goal of him achieving would be to obtain all the achievements the game has to offer. which is quite a bit. and it does take quite a bit of time. Especially if you want to do all the fishing quests.. *fuckin hell..*
That was a good list! And I'd have to say my favorite Easter egg would have to be picking up omochao in SA2 and throwing him off the edge while he yells "Goodbye!"
My favorite Easter Egg will always be the 'sing' cheat from Total Annihilation. It turns your units' normal whirring gears selection sounds into some baritone singing a jazz ditty or, if you select a bunch of units rapidly, an unenthusiastic "honk". As in, a dude literally droning the word "honk".
My vote for one of the best easter eggs is piloting a 1969 Buick in Star Wars Rogue Squadron. You haven't experienced life until you've blown up the Death Star in a Buick
I quite honestly thought something about Undertale would be here, like Sans’s dialogue change if you reload your save file a couple times which results in his room key, or the dog development room if you avoid all the credits on pacifist.
16:06 Holy Jesus. I forgot that he said that. I never want/wanted this ride to end. I'll miss it. I'll miss this community, this channel, this team, and above all else, the 2 guys that started it all.
My top 10 easter eggs 10) Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion: Sands of Time easter egg (thieves guild questline) 9) Final Fantasy 1: Dead Link tombstone 8) GTA SA: Half-Life/Gordon's Crowbar 7) Final Fantasy 9: Prima Vista band playing Rufus's Ceremony song. 6) Life Is Strange: Max has a doodle of Frank the Rabbit (Donnie Darko) 5) Battlefield 4: Megalodon 4) Talos Principle: Basically all of them 3) Payday 2: Meat Circus (Psychonauts) 2) Quake 2: Crazy rocket jumper 1) Stanley Parable: Dear Strong Bad
In The Witcher 2 you can find Altair dead in one of the corners of the castle that you assault at the beginning of the game. I've always like that one. Also in Dark Forces there is a level (I can't remember which one, it has to do with putting a tracking device on a smugglers ship) you can kinda jump your way to a hidden room that has "Ewoks suck" written on the wall.
Speed Highway and City Escape from Sonic Generations are filled with little posters and billboards nodding to other Sonic characters, like Mighty and Ray. There are also tons of signs in Crisis City with stuff written on them like "Blaze Street" or "Chao Garden" or "Silver Avenue".
One of my favorite easter eggs comes from Uru: The Path of the Shell, the expansion pack for Uru: Ages Beyond Myst. At one point, you actually find yourself inside of the library on Myst island, and there's a panel where you have to enter a pattern to access the next area. The game has its own solution that gets revealed to you as you put the pieces together, but if you input the pattern that was the solution in the very first Myst game, it takes you to a secret area where you can find a bonus customization for your Relto Age.
I think my favorite easter egg is in MGS5TPP while you're in the misty area in Africa, you can go into a green tent and there's a radio that actually plays the full radio broadcast from PT, ever since I discovered this I've never gone back there, too damn creepy.
My favorite Easter Egg is something very very few people would've noticed in Fallout 4 Being a Nascar fan and a big Fallout fan (and being nosy) is the combo it took to find it, and I was really surprised when I looked around after finding said egg that no one else had noticed/found it yet. Also it's such a well done Easter egg because it fits the lore of the Fallout universe perfectly. The baseball, in the side mission where you get some memorabilia, has a bunch of signatures on it when you inspect it. Among those signatures was none other than Nascar driver Dale Jarrett. Why is that significant? Well Dale Jarrett was a pretty good baseball player through high school and into college. He took up racing as another hobby/potential profession with baseball being a backup plan. He ended up being rather talented behind a wheel and never looked back.... Now here is where it gets fun. In Fallout, motorsports never takes off with the obvious safety hazards of nuclear powered vehicles. Which means Nascar doesn't exist. With this we can easily assume that if Dale Jarrett existed in the Fallout world he would've been a professional baseball player at some point of his life. Kudos to whoever works at Bethesda that was such a big fan of Jarrett that they knew his story and included his signature.
I,d say my favorites are all those in Mario Golf Advance Tour. There are locker rooms in the Marion Club with lots of nods to Mario Characters and enemies, and several non-playable Mario and Animal Crossing characters participate in tournaments, their names being visible on the leader board, including Tom Nook and Mr. Resetti.
For a sec, I thought I was watching somebody else, somebody like GuruLarry due to the commentary before the intro, I like this kind of format Jirard, keep up the good work!
I think my favorite easter egg in a game is the coliseum exhibition match in Tales of Symphonia, against Farah, Meredy and Garr. Seeing characters from previous Tales games show up with no prior warning or explanation and deliver an insanely hard and fun boss battle was such a wild experience the first time I played it! The bonus costumes in the PS3 version were neat too. If you had a save from another Tales game on your machine, you'd get character costumes of those characters, for the characters in Symphonia! And if you didn't have a save, you unlocked them automatically on a NG+ run, so there was no need to worry. It was a nice little gift for fans of the series. :')
A personal big one of mine is the appearance of Valkyrie Profile characters as bosses in Star Ocean Till The End of Time or previous Tales of characters in arenas in other Tales games. It's cool to see these things just kind of thrown in.
Man there are too many good easter eggs I love to list them all. Just going to put some of my favorites off the top of my head. -The entirety of Batman Arkham City is filled with fun easter eggs, but the best is probably the Scarecrow room/messages. Also Calendar Man's secret dialogue that was hidden for a really long time. -Metal Gear Solid V, the way radio signals switch to PT's when Skulls appear. As well as the other Silent Hills references. Also Ocelot's dialogue if you shoot him with a tranq. -Persona 5's movie/tv show spoofs, my personal favorite being Like A Dragon which is also a reference to Chie's theme in Persona 4 Arena and also the english audio seems to refrence Metal Gear with someone yelling Boss 3 times. -Vincent from Catherine cameo in Escapade in Persona 3 Portable, making that game sorta canon to the Persona universe. -The Halloween event in Batman Arkham Knight -Totaka's song hidden in Nintendo games. -Aigis referencing Dragon Quest when fighting a slime shadow in Persona Q.
One Easter eggs that springs to mind (mostly because I can't think of many) is one in Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time. In I think the third galaxy, on one of the radio channels has a news broadcast about a scandal Captain Qwark is involved for a movie he was acting in that is a straight up parody of the infamous Christian Bale meltdown. It was one of the funniest things I've heard.
I want that Donkey Kong Country 2 episode just to see you passionately gush about your all time favorite game, but I also love watching your content and never want it to end. Oh gosh what have you done to me Jirard... D':
Some personal faves: The references in Superstar Saga The Cheese in the Tiny fight in Crash Warped in the N. Sane Trilogy And finally, a sort of Easter egg; the playtonic you unlock in Yooka Laylee for getting all the pagies
I remember being very young and playing through LTTP and finding the Chris C. room. The second spot Girard shows is the one where I entered. I had no idea what it was, but it was a bunch of free rupees.
omg jirard the mad cow level was soooo funny. Every time I saw my brother play D2 he did it, so much so that I actually thought it was the end game content--so any time that I got to the end, I did it too!!!
Awesome list! DKC2 is my favorite game of all time. To add to it's Easter egg, it's worth pointing out that Sonic's shoes are beside the trash can at the bottom right!
9:39 my favorite part about that particular easter egg is that they did it again in Liberty City Stories remarking about you being back there again. best part was both times i found that area by accident while screwing around.
My currently favorite easter egg is in Shantae: The Pirate's Curse. Where when you get the speed-booster analog and return to dungeon one and dash the opposite way of the first major door you get transported to a simplified version of the first dungeon from the first Shantae.
No Offense Jirard, but I think I can live without Diddy's Kong Quest for a few more years ;)
Glad to hear it.
That One Video Gamer We all can Beardman :)
Let's be real here, I don't think we want that day to ever come XD
I'm just imagining an old Jirard with a FFXIV Ramuh beard doing this game. Beardman indeed.
*decades
They also have Sonic shoes next to the trash in the DKC2 easter egg! Savage
And Earthworm Jim's blaster.
I honestly thought that that was what he was showing the reward screen for. Then he didn't even mention the sonic shoes or earthworm jim blaster and I was like "hmm..."
ikr
plz dont tell me he hate sonic too
no but he hates his shitty games like '06.But he's looking really forward to Mania and Forces.
From one Easter egg hunter to another, good list!
Cool one of my favorite UA-camr commenting on my other favorite youtubers video
Ok lol
I wonder how many easter eggs haven't been discovered. If I were a game dev, i'd probably think about adding super secret easter eggs lol
it scares me how many
I stay up all night in bed afraid thinking of how many.
Not that many since people will sift through hours of coding. But probably a lot more since 2000 then prior as games got quite a bit larger.
16:06: "...and what will be the last episode of the Completionist" - wait, full stop, WHAT?!
Oh, he's been saying that for awhile. It's his favorite game, so whenever he plays it on the show, that will mark the official end of the Completionist
Oh, ok. I paniced for a moment there, thanks for clearing it up :)
so he wont be calling him self Completionist any

Can You Shoot The Heart in The GTA Happiness Island Version’s Statue of Liberty?
Yes. I think it bleeds like the npcs
My favorite easter eggs are the following,
the hadoken attack in the first megaman x
chill penguin frozen in megaman x4 frost walrus level
dark flame in symphony of the night after you use the fire spell by pressing and holding up
the pacman reference in skyrim
the slot machine level in the snes starfox
GTA v ghost of the mayors dead wife in mount chiliad
the cow level reference in FF7 re-release on pc
mario and gang posters in orcarina of time
the truck where supposedly mew was in the original pokemon games was remade in the remakes
and finally majora's mask in breath of the wild
Oh man the pacman one is so good. I had no idea.
Oscar Macias Wait there's a majora's mask easter egg in Breath of the Wild?
I wouldn't say it's an egg. It's in the DLC.
yeah its a dlc but i still consider it an easter egg as its a reference to a previous game , and you still have to find it , it's not given to you from the start
Where's the Pac-Man reference?
Your videos always make me smile. Thank you very much
No problem, thanks for sticking with us!
One of my favorites is in Lego Jurassic World, you can see Marty McFly getting attacked by a Dino, and how you save him is a reference to Jaws 19. When I, the biggest BTTF fan I know discovered this, I went absolutely crazy!
That was an awesome list! One of my favorite Easter Eggs is the precursor orb you can find in Uncharted 1, 2, 3, and 4
Seeing the literal Easter Egg from Vice city in the intro made my day
it's a pun in it's self
Best easter eggs (in my opinion):
- The Nintendo consoles that appear in almost every Pokémon
- When one of your miis states: "The Princess is in another castle" in Miitopia
- Kid Icarus conversations in Smash Bros 3DS/Wii U
Why only Nintendo Easter eggs
Dyltack
Because the comment was written by my younger self who’s video game knowledge at the time was mostly invested in Nintendo.
I gotta love Totaka's song, every time I hear that glorious melody it brings a smile to my face, no matter what game it is.
I was totally expecting him to mention Sonic's Shoes and Earthworm Jim's Gun next to the trash can in DCK2.
me too
Hey Jirard could you do a top 10 completion rewards in video games?
YESS PLSSSS!!
Yea, I actually want to see that.
plz do that

@@Heisenkirk2000 Actually, it'd be pretty easy to guess what his number 1 and 2 would be. #1 would be the #1 from this list and the #2 would be the various assorted bonus weapons from RE4.
My Favorite Easter Egg is In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, When Paper Mario and Their Partner Turn Into 8-bit Characters.
It's cooler in PM because your partners become 8 bit too, and plus, you can wear the L and/or W emblem badges to get 8 bit Luigi, Wario, and Waluigi.
ryhansen1 Never seen this one. 8-bit Waluigi sounds amazing
Well, technically, it's 8-bit Mario wearing Waluigi's clothes
2:01
Missed these top tens in your channel
Yeah, hopefully when we get into our groove they will be more regular.
My 10 favorite easter eggs
10. The Master Chief buliding from Destiny
9.Mgs peacewalkers Monster Hunter refernce
8. Mario rpg Link and Samus
7.The Legend of Zelda a Link Between worlds Majoras Mask
6.Metal gear Soild The Bond Tux (not last mgs easter egg)

4.Borderlands the pre-sequel Starwars mission (mostly the dialogue)
3. The laughing fish From Batman Arkham City
2.Fallout NV Indiana Jones in a fridge
1.mgsv Ground zeros Deja vue mission.
I would love to hear everyone elses.
I still love that the Peacewalker Momster Hunter easter egg became the basis of the dogshit Monster Hunter movie. What a twist.

Khristian Naimo .hack//sign. A series based around an in universe MMORPG with several games light novels and anime series.

Jirard looks (& sounds) great in this video!
One of my favorite easter eggs is when you connect 4 controllers on a GameCube and hold Z on each of them as you turn it on. It changes the intro sounds into ninja noises. Not even from an actual game but still cool as heck!
Surprised you didn't mention what happens when you do a codec call against Luigi.
kirbysauce I've just look up that and I don't know what the fuck I saw but it was amazing!
The Zero Suit Samus one tho...
I love Top 10s because it gives Jirard an opportunity to talk about his favorite stuff in games :)
You should TOTALLY do a completionist episode on borderlands 2, that would be awesome!
That would be brutal. At this point in time, It would probably require completing the game, all the DLC, maxing out every character, and completing all the badass challenges. I got burned out partway through the DLC before skipping straight to Tiny Tina.

the intro was literally eggs, *you know Jirard, never stop being you*
Don't know why, but Jirard sounded and felt chill in this video. Its nice
I'm still mad at what Greg's making you do :(
He did not necessarily force me, but I decided to embrace it and turn it into a growing point for the future of the channel.
im binge watching all of his old video
Check a few episodes back. It's called "The Future Of The Completionist"
Still kind of a dick move, regardless of past circumstances. Good on you for turning it into a semi-positive, though.

I like all of the Easter eggs in the Kid Icarus Uprising game. They either break the fourth wall, poke fun at its own series, or make references to other Nintendo franchises.

DONT QUIT BEING THE COMPLETIONIST
I always love the easter eggs that have a lot of effort put into them like the MGS one in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
I love that they brought it back with Pit in Wii U

Search jirard beard I know I will find an easter egg in there
I was unlucky
What was it, another fist?
Gears of War 4 grave Easter egg.
MysteriousMrM that crap was sad but good
One of my favorites is maybe more self-reference than easter egg, but in the first Dishonored the guards all talk to each other in one of two ways, one is the standard scripted out "Hey player listen to this" but they also just talk when they get near each other "Hey, how old did you say your sister was?" "Blow off chaffer." or "Shall we gather for whiskey and cigars tonight?" "Indeed I believe so." etc. etc. both question and response seem to be from a short list and randomly picked according to what may make sense, to keep it a bit fresh.
Anyone else watch the full add on purpose to support Jirard
Great list. I couldn't even think of that many easter eggs.
I like most of the older games, like Secret of Evermore having Cecil work in the Inn.
Woah i made into the video...
Wut?
That One Video Gamer at 2:29
lol
"It's a very RARE opportunity" - Don't think I didn't notice that Jirard!
It's not even April.
Yeah we planned to do it then and it got delayed until now lol
That One Video Gamer Sorry you had allot of delays.
Hmm... My favorites would have to be (I've not played all these games, but I can at least admire them):
-The Rattman rooms from the Portal series
-Star Wars reference in Skyrim (look it up if anyone's curious. XD)
-Chrono Trigger's secret developer room
-Aladdin (the Genesis version) with Mickey's ears in the desert
-Poke`mon X and Y with, "IT'S OVER 9000" and "Shorts"
-Christmas NiGHTS' "Sonic into Dreams"
-Sonic CD's "Fun is infinite with Sega Enterprises"
-Runner 2's Slenderman sighting
-The Mario mask in Legend of Zelda's "Majora's Mask"
-“God help! Help me!” audio from Half-Life 2
Please play Silent Hill
That background Mario music though! The feels!
For goodness sake compleate Okami already
Yeah Okami isn't super-long as far as completion goes. I had a blast playing through it, when it came out on PS3. Really awesome game. Hopefully Jirard will allow himself to enjoy the game.
Sam Reddig Gaming bleh game is meh
Ugh, that star drawing on the kimono though.
+
The Pilot Wings 64 wing suit was one of my favorite ways to chill out and flap around.
Its my birthday
Happy birthday weegee
Alexis Joel thanx
weegee naitors Happy Birthday!
Happy birthday, I hope you have a nice night!
Happy Birthday
I bet the Diddy kong episode going to be a real tearjerker,i love this show and the people behind it its my entertainment through my day and i would really be sad to see it end but Every Beginning..has a MOO!
for your next completion playthrough do terraria!!!
like so he can seee
maybe play the pc version, it's fuller, have the criteria be obtainable pc items and all obtainable and fightable pc stuff
So many videos!! Keep up the great work!
Nice DKC2 tease. My favorite game of all time too! It was quite the achievement after almost 20 years of struggling to get those last few DK coins.
Those were the creepiest moos ever!
16:06 Holy Jesus. I forgot that he said that. I never want/wanted this ride to end. I'll miss it. I'll miss this community, this channel, this team, and above all else, the 2 guys that started it all.
My top 10 easter eggs
10) Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion: Sands of Time easter egg (thieves guild questline)
9) Final Fantasy 1: Dead Link tombstone
8) GTA SA: Half-Life/Gordon's Crowbar
7) Final Fantasy 9: Prima Vista band playing Rufus's Ceremony song.
6) Life Is Strange: Max has a doodle of Frank the Rabbit (Donnie Darko)
5) Battlefield 4: Megalodon
4) Talos Principle: Basically all of them
3) Payday 2: Meat Circus (Psychonauts)
2) Quake 2: Crazy rocket jumper
1) Stanley Parable: Dear Strong Bad
In Saint's Row 4 you can actually obtain The Noisy Cricket from Men in Black. Complete with fly back effect when you fire it.
@ 0:33 when When literal Easter Egg hunt happened. Bradley shows up everytime he says it.
That call out to game theory reminded me matpat called you out to complete the new just dance
Great vid Jirard, Stay strong, the community is behind you 100%!
Bradley is my name and I got so surprised when he said it in the beginning, I legitimately got scared! 😂
I like, how this is an emotional list. Makes the video so much more enjoyable.
My personal favorites are the secret endings in the SH series: ie, the alien ending, dog ending, and the song at the end of SH3. Too iconic.
My favorite Easter Egg is something very very few people would've noticed in Fallout 4
Being a Nascar fan and a big Fallout fan (and being nosy) is the combo it took to find it, and I was really surprised when I looked around after finding said egg that no one else had noticed/found it yet.
-The Halloween event in Batman Arkham Knight
-Totaka's song hidden in Nintendo games.
-Aigis referencing Dragon Quest when fighting a slime shadow in Persona Q.
Did you _have_ to show the Fun is Infinite screen?
That thing legitimately gave me nightmares when I was younger.
Final Fantasy 7 In the Dio's Trophy Room, there a Diving suit that says D-Type Equipment when you examine it, a reference to Evangelion.
Some personal faves: The references in Superstar Saga
The Cheese in the Tiny fight in Crash Warped in the N. Sane Trilogy
And finally, a sort of Easter egg; the playtonic you unlock in Yooka Laylee for getting all the pagies
