If I could be so bold as to add an additional tip, I found my photography got significantly better when I started landscape painting. I'm guessing it was because I was forced to have a different relationship with composition but whatever the reason the change in my photography was profound.
This is actually a great trip. By day I’m a graphic designer and before that I was a traditional artist myself. So studying art and art history and actually practicing the craft of art can not be understated- thanks for your contribution 🙏🤌💪
A lot of the time, I feel like there's not a lot of good photo spots where I live. Does anyone know what are some creative ideas that I could photograph?
Start to get out at either sunrise or sunset. The light will hopefully inspire you. Remember to look at the world differently too - change your perspective (literally) get low to the ground, get above something. There’s always something to shoot 🙏🤌📸💪
