I cannot stress how important I learned this is. I've not been skating that long again, but I realized there's a few things I'm struggling with and it's because I'm not stable in my one footed glides, etc. I swear UA-cam reads my mind because I've been scouring the internet for something like this and only now, three months later, I find myself looking at and practicing exactly what I need. I practiced one footed glides in the rink last night and sure enough when I attempted practicing crossovers I felt a HUGE difference. Thanks for this!!!!

This is me 😂. I stand in line in the store like this, wait to get in the rink like this, and even sometimes cook 😂😂.. it's in my head to just do it so its subconscious atp. I also change levels and stand on carpet with skates too. At least I know I'm not crazy my family and friends just think I am 😂. Thanks buds!

So sorry! I just saw this comment! Your weight should fairly evenly distributed unless you are turning, then you would have your weight on the side you are turning towards.
