      💯 accurate. Imagine that…. Treating chronic pain conditions not as a one size fits all UA-cam video and actually making sure, before we provide what to do that we assess people individually.

    Micro tears then what? The body adapts, especially that fascia thing. Stretch both sides, watch your posture, and listen to your body.

    Yeah I've always had "tight hamstrings" and when I stretch it, I'll start to feel pins and needles all over my legs and pelvis after 1-2 minutes.

      If you don’t have a pre-existing chronic pain condition you can go for it. However anyone suffering from chronic pain condition that is trying to stretch a chronically tight hamstring that hamstring is a symptom of a bigger problem and they need to please stop because they can actually make things worse 🙏 qualified practitioner to analyze where their imbalance is coming from.
