Gurunath I tried to awaken Kundalini by my own about 4anf half monts ago, from last one and half months I feeling ENERGYLESSN sensation, muladhar area, Suffering lot now a day, what Can I Do pls help?? It's like nerve movement in muladhar chakra area and Some heat sensation and sensation between sensation in two hands.
Now sensation started to occur continuously, what to do, pls do help and guide gurunath ??
