@@bigfriki Performing live is a lot harder. In the studio you stand in a climatized room in one certain spot, you focus on screaming/singing and nothing else and you record only short passages at a time in order to get the best product possible. But performing live which includes running around, trying to hype and entertain the crowd and the overall stress on his voice that a tour brings with it doesn't allow Sam to give 100% at every show. He can give everything in the studio, because he doesn't need to save his voice for the next show, but touring is a different pair of shoes. Greetings,

That breakdown... I have never seen a live Better than this... Here we can hear How much talent every member of the band has. Firstly Sam Carter has One of the best voices on the Earth, then the Guitar work Is perfect and Dan what a Monster Is on the drums.
I keep coming back to this performance specifically. Not only because of the raw emotion, but because everything is such high quality, from the audio mix, to the crowd. Its incredible

Must be so hard for a band to get hyped with a crowd like this
For me it's not just about the crowd, I've had amazing nights with a dead crowd, and some pretty bad and boring ones with an amazing crowd. I know, it may seem weird.
It is worth remembering that Reading isn't a metal festival, and that that crowd in total is a lot bigger than any they'd normally play to. I'd guess that what looks like a small number of people that ARE into it is more than enough for them to be able to be hyped to be there.

Day lite or not, a more solid lite show WITHOUT such cliche strobing CONSTANTLY would serve their shows better. Every clip I see of these guys onstage its just that. BORING and builds visual fatigue.
If you ask me, hands down they have the best light show and production in their live show currently.
They have plenty of different things they do with the lights. There's not much you can do with them though but they by no means repeat anything. Everything is perfectly in sync with the song. What are you doing to do to this song with lights other than go mental with strobes? Listen to the guitars lol
