I use adapalene and benzoyl peroxide gels. I live in a tropical country (PH) and here in our area it is very warm and humid. I still have oily skin but these are my daily lifesaver that made my acne vanish!

I used the Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant for months about two years ago but I couldn’t get past that it felt like it wouldn’t absorb and it would just sit on my face. It was so frustrating to go to sleep like that because my face felt sticky and weird. I wonder why I was having this issue when clearly this product is so popular? Also, those oils absorbing sheets are STILL a must-have for me (and yes I’m a millennial lol)! As a matter of fact, a good friend from high school saw me using them recently and couldn’t believe that I still used them. 😂
I felt like this too after hearing all the rave reviews. I held on to the product and have tried it again recently. Before I was just applying it and felt like it would just sit there. on my skin. shiny (not glowy). This time, I am applying my moisturizer after a few minutes and that feeling goes away. I think locking it in with the moisturizer has changed my opinion of it and now I feel like I'm getting all the benefits like the rest of the world saw. I use the Aveeno Calm and restore oat gel moisturizer, but have also used the CereVe PM moisturizer in the past as well. Maybe give that a try?

Great video. For future videos you might want to mention hat benzoyl peroxide will stain any fabrics like wash cloths, towels, bedsheets, etc... that it comes in contact with. People using benzoyl peroxide should use white wash cloths and white towels to avoid staining colored wash cloths and towels.

Biore sunscreen does not have matte finished. If u looking for slightly matte sunscreen all the one I try has zinc oxide in it, the only 2 i tried that really dry down matte is Missha soft finish, and anessa sun milk blue cape, I tried a lot of sunscreen that say “matte” no they don’t they all grease up in half an hours, coming from a super oily person who like in warm client all year round

Finally, I frequently wash my pillowcases and my makeup brushes.

I've seen the UV Physical and Biore Aqua Rich Essence recommended a lot for acne-prone skin. However, they both have isopropyl palmitate pretty high up on the ingredients list. The only thing that works for me is isotretinoine🤷🏻♀️. 48 yo and finishing my _ilostcount_ round. It' s a genetic anomaly that works exactly like Ehler Danlos Syndrome. The older I am, the more sebum I produce, it doesn' t seem to have a ceiling. So every 3-4 years, I need a Hollywood Dose. I actually noticed that it did not strip my skin from its natural oil. My face felt quite hydrated even after a short wash with rice berry facewash.
