✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
Recipe 1:
3 eggs
70 grams of sugar (2.8 tablespoons) + 1 tablespoon for sprinkling the cake
120 grams of yogurt (6 tablespoons)
70 ml milk (4.6 tbsp)
80 ml sunflower oil (4.4 tbsp)
Peel of a lemon
3 tbsp raisins
270 grams of flour (9 tablespoons with slide)
10 grams of baking powder (2 teaspoons)
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C (360 °F).
Baking dish 24 cm (9 inches)

1 egg
a pinch of salt
100 grams of sugar (4 tablespoons)
50 ml vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
180 ml milk (4/5 cup)
240 grams flour (1 cup + 3/5 cup)
10 grams of baking powder (2 teaspoons)
2 tbsp apricot jam
Almond slices
Bake in the oven at 180 °C (360 °F) for 35 minutes.

200 g sugar (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
200 g butter (10 tbsp)
250 g flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml milk (1/2 cup)
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 160 ° C (320 ° F)
