Great tutorial. You know, it's okay to use content-aware fill when you have to fill an unimportant area, then clone away anything you don't like. Saves a lot of time sometimes.

This is Photoshop. I make my animations in Photoshop or Adobe After Effects.

Hey, I think you can add audio tracks in Photoshop but I find it much easier to edit in iMovie which is free if you have a Mac.
