Juschilltho Woops, I never saw your reply. You have to download every game, you have to update your controller and xbox constantly (and if you have bad, or alright Internet it takes forever to download), you have limited space, I'm pretty sure they don't let you play rated M games if you put your birthday in 1999 to now, theirs unneeded things on it like Netflix and UA-cam, some of the chords are badly made, the xbox sucks without wifi, and the power on button is touchscreen.

Console wars goes all the way back to the SNES vs Genesis days. Many kids (like myself) would always get into arguments on which one was better. It is just one of the old traditions of video games, and it is not going away anytime soon. Remember Blast Processing? Now we call that the Kinect XD

It's the start of the Phil spencer era. Xbox One felt like the last console to be like a new generation to where you had to learn a new ui and also felt like we were part of the journey through all the ui changes. It was really fun seeing the ui go through so many changes. Xbox One felt like the beta now xbox series feels like the ultimate xbox one

I'd personally choose the Xbox One over the PS4. I love both but in Canada, for unknown reasons, Sony decided it would be extra sweet to hike the prices of the PS4. The Assassin's Creed Bundle for the Xbox One (without the Kinect) costs less than a plain PS4, with no games, just whatever it comes with in the box. I'd never thought I'd say this in my lifetime, but I'd take the Xbox One in a heartbeat over the PS4, unless Sony lowers the price to a reasonable amount before Christmas.
I just got the AW version of the Xbox One last Saturday.
I prefer the Xbox One because I despise the PlayStations controller as it's too uncomfortable and everybody in the game chat accuses people of hacking and there's fights arguements.
And the Xbox One is getting an update that supports 1080p AND their might not even be fights over consoles if the PlayStation fan base actually just played there consoles instead for bitching about who has what

I got an xbox one with kinect, an extra controller, Advanced warfare, Fifa 15,Ryse son of rome and dance central for the same price of a basic ps4 console.

And yes, Ed, you are basically correct, the PS4 does cost around that amount (maybe less) and that's the main reason why I made the comment in the first place. I don't think it was a fair move for us Canadians. Especially here in Quebec, with a 15% tax, that itself is an extra $50 bucks to pay, for a game-less console. That's the beauty of bundles.
I wonder if in the future we will view the series x as we do with the Xbox one one now.

The Xbox One headset isn't that great either, but it is way better then the PS4 headset.
Also I have to ask how your friend pack his rucksack for his headset to snap, I mean it is cheap an kind of fragile, but if you take the time to pack it properly it shouldn't break

The power brick is like a safety measure microsoft made,for example,the ps4 has an integrated power brick,right?So what that means is when a power outage or a thunderstorm happens,your pretty little ps4 is going to get fried,and with this power brick you will just need to replace it,thats what im thinking though,im not sure,GO AHEAD AND START THROWING HATE COMMENTS

The power brick is a power supply. The thing is that Xbox One has an eternal power supply, while the PS4 has it inside.
And no, it won't fry up your either console when electricity is out; it's not a short circuit. A short circuit is when negative and positive make contact with each other.
So when electricity goes out, it just won't get the power to run. Same thing would happen if you took the power cord off either console.
Hope this has cleared some stuff up.
I like the xbone and I don't care about the brick cuz no one is going to carry around the big ass console, plus like I said it is safe.

Getting my ps4 next week, but to the point. As far as gaming experience go, they're both just great. Sure ps4 has more plain power for that little edge over Xb1. But some people prefer sports and tv stuff, so Xbox One might be the thing for you. If you just want that "next-gen" experience, go with the one that your friends have, so you can party that game you all like. After all, we're all gamers. :)

Ok...since their is a bunch of Sony fanboys, lets learn something shall we, since you all are very VERY misinformed. Ok now. For those of you "haters" , the fact at hand is the reason it has a 4k adapter is because of cloud gaming people. That's why they wanted us to always be online. Ok, so how it works is that MICROSOFT had a bunch, and when I mean a bunch, I mean ALOT of super computers throughout the countries and what they will to is pre-render the game and make it so it can play 4k at 60 fps on you're tv, so basically the xbox one CAN support 4k, and if you're asking if Sony can do the same thing, then the answer is no. They do however have Gaikai. Do not be mislead from other people, but Gaikai is not the same as Microsofts Cloud. What Gaikai does is, is that it streams previous iteration games from previous PlayStation generations, gaikai is basically trash if you own all the previous consoles. Oh, and some people say that they could stream games on they're system just like microsoft, but no. The highest resolution is going to be 1080p because that's all the ps4 can handle, it's not getting pre-rendered like microsoft, they don't have the resources to even get close to what Microsoft is doing. So you see? Microsoft was just planning ahead. So that's the end of the argument on which can offer better resolution. You guys must seem pretty silly now that you know that the xbox one is actually the better console =D I'm soo happy, I luvs Microsoft!

Cloud gaming is going to make it so you're Xbox one can deliver 2k or even 4k at 60fps to you're tv! Want to know how? Keep reading. Microsoft planned this ahead of time sir, that's why they have a 4k adapter in the package and that's why they wanted to have you be always online. They have super computers around the world that will pre-render that 4k game and make it run as smooth as a baby's bottom! Boom, boom, pow! Now, you're if you know a bit about Sony, you're going to know that they recently bought Ghaikai. Misinformed people are going to say "it's just like could gaming by microsoft", but no, they greatly differ, yes they are going to be able to stream games, but max is 1080p, because it's basically just the ps4 rendering it. Gaikai is just going to let you play previous titles from the likes of previous playstations like the ps2.gaikai is NOT on the same level as Microsofts Cloud, because Sony simply does not have the resources and the money that micro$oft does. Sorry, but the xbox one wins in performance dude, seems like you bought the weaker link, PlayStation dude.
Oh, and here is another thing...what can the ps4 do that the xbox one cannot? Hmm?

Lol, you'll see that the ps4 is severely outclassed now, it's trash compared to the xbox one, the right choice.I'll give you that the ps4 does have a much better controller than the ps3 and that it might feel like the " best", but really it's because you guys were used to a trash controller and that's why it feels better to you all,but it simply isn't better than the xbox one controller. What? You guys have a touchpad?!?!? Oh,so useful indeed...not.at. all. The cook thing about the new Xbox one controller is that it has rumble triggers. It detects how intense the impact of common projectiles and shakes accordingly. If a grenade blows up behind you, the controller rumbles at the handles of the controller and rumbles roughly or slightly, depending on the range if the grenade from you. Oh, and when you're shooting a gun, it seems like you actually have an actual gun in you're hand, it's fantastic and immensely accurate.
Ok, now the Kinect. You guys might think the Kinect is a gimmick, but it's simply more than that! It's so great! When I'm waiting for a game to start I can simply say " snap netflix" and start watching a movie while waiting for the lobby to start. I could even search the web while playing a game,that's great and saves a BUNCH of time. The voice commands are very accurate and you can even turn on the console with just you're voice if you're like upstairs and forgot to turn off the and Xbox, you can just tell the xbox to turn off and it will accordingly as well as turning off the tv. The Kinect is also great when you're playing Kinect sports and it's really fast to proccess the action you just did,almost instantly!
Ok, and one last one. Dedicated servers. Microsoft has over 350,000 and growing! We rarely ever have a host from another person which can be unreliable, which the ps4 often has to do.bye now! Xbox for life! =D we are the future!
I love a New XBOX Experience I bought my first one in 2003 played it until 2006 left gaming for awhile then in 2008 bought the Xbox 360 white console then in 2009 the Xbox 360 slim 350gb now even though some years later I'm buying this console in late 2016 even though it came out 3 years ago lol

My ps4 had that jet engine sound, (Not even when it was hot, LITERALLY moments after starting a game like Mortal Kombat X) and I sent it in to Sony THREE TIMES. No joke. They gave me a different one at some point (I know because mine had familiar marks) and STILL had the same problem. Plus new problems like not turning on or freezing. I know for a damn fact they sent me another persons faulty one.

On Black Friday, Gamestop (Same one where i bought it from) had the deal where u can turn in your ps4 for like 100 or 170 bucks in credit. So i gave them back their shitty one and got the Ps4 slim.
Sometimes it overheats but at least it dont sound like its taking off. I do wish it had a power brick.
I honestly didn't care about the sound. I used this very good invention called gaming headsets and it drowns it out. People just love to complain. Also most people don't clean their consoles so if they cleaned it, it helps.
