    I’m trying to help one of my bosses. She’s new to being an assistant manager and the GM won’t teach her how to do it (she didn’t go to college either). She’s really struggling trying to understand the variants. Any tips on how I can help her? I did go to college but it’s been so long since I learned about variants 😅
