No I got the Aprilia rs660 instead. I went to testride the cbr650 after having my aprilia for a month and honestly the cbr650 feels like sitting on a ladies bicycle and there's not punch to the acceleration at all imo. Cbr650 might be good but only if you haven't tested better stuff I guess. I honestly got tired of it after having ridden it out of the dealerships parking lot..@@MsRiNgOo
@@davisd89 i bought the Aprilia RS660 instead. The CBR650r honestly feels like a ladies bicycle when you’ve ridden the Aprilia. It felt extremely boring and upright
Did a test ride on a CBR650R and i can agree to this. I'm used to a lighter street triple rs with more hp, but this bike really surprised me in high rpm and felt almost as fast
@@ShoomzbabyyyI’ll give you my take… power on higher revs means more engine brake power when you cut gas. Hence I think that the CBR is going to be safer than the triple when they are delivering the same power. That triumph scares the hell out of me, I see extremely easy to get into trouble with it.
I've always wanted to own a CBR650R, I do think a 600cc class is well enough for me I won't even utilize the full power of a 1000cc unless its a track bike.
in the right hands, this bike is a REAL sport bike.... I tried the ZX4RR for a day on the same routes I usually go with my cbr650r, didn't really feel anything that I couldn't have done with the cbr650r. Above 8k rpm it pulls like HELL, like somebody would kick you in the back. I know 1000cc bikes have double torque etc... but you can't even put down that power to the ground without traction control or skidding the real tyre meanwhile with this you can twist the throttle and the bike just shoots out
Salut! J’ai pour projet de me l’acheter une fois le permis en poche, combien tu payais en assurance quand tu étais en A2? En tout cas elle a l’air absolument incroyable cette moto 🤩
so I'm planning to buy this as my first bike.. I have some experience on Ninja 650 but I do not like the behavior of that 2valve engine.. this seems as a beginner friendly bike that can grow with you for a long time before you need anything else..
Remember my son if you master the bike, thats the only time you upgrade to faster bike. Master means you are able to utilize the full potential of the bike full speed and knee turn..

@@Duskofoolacile7 nah but hes right, the 650r is way more upper body than a 1000cc, therefore you can also relax in urban areas and dont suffer from wrist pain. Its a good mixture. If you want to sit really low and have 100% supersports feeling, I'd recomment a 600cc oder 1000cc, if you want a good balance between sport and comfort, the 650r is perfect, if you even want more comfort and less sport, the kawasaki ninja 650 is the best. How comfortable is the cbr 650r compared to a supersport like the zx-6 or cbr 600rr?
