    Last year for spring cleaning I just got out a roll of black garbage bags and threw out everything that hadn’t been used in over 3 months. That was my most successful spring clean ever!

    I love the never cleaned before areas you showed us. I went and looked at my fridge from the floor...oh man. So that got cleaned immediately! My oven...put it on the list to clean really well this weekend. I agree about the doors ....I had done them in March and I was surprised the grime on them near door handles.

    I've been cleaning for Easter too. It took 3 days, but peace of mind it is done until after Easter, ha ha. Then I will do it all again. I use a post-it pad for the daily to-do list. As I go along the list, I update it halfway through so it doesn't look overwhelming to me. Happy Easter ❤

    I totally agree with you about the steam shot. I bought mine specially for window tracks and quickly realized I needed like 5 towels to sop up the water from the steam! I use it for other things but not very often at all.

    You can clean your oven (but not the glass door) with a metal sponge and easy off. The metal sponge does the trick and it also cleans the rails perfectly as well.

  • @kaitlin.88
    @kaitlin.88 10 місяців тому +3

    I saw a window/sliding door track hack that sounded pretty cool! You take a sponge and cut lines with a utility knife just enough to cut through the yellow but not through the green scouring portion on the other side of sponge. The lines you cut are meant to line up with the grooves in the tracking. I’m probably horrible at explaining this lol but maybe google sponge door track cleaning and see if someone more articulate than myself can explain it 😂❤️

    • @christinerodriguez1275
      @christinerodriguez1275 10 місяців тому +1

      I clean them like this… I vacuum, then used an old tooth brush to loosen the dirt in the corners, vacuum again. After everything is loosed and gone. I go in with window cleaner in the tracks and a paper towel. No muddy mess. No long process. 😊

    • @CatherineElaine

    Catherine, they have a silicone liner you put on your bottom rack and it catches all the drips, when the stove cools, you pull out and wipe it off and replace back in oven. I’ve been using for years and I do cook and bake and I never have to “ clean” my oven just a few sprays and then wipe. Hope Sutton feels better .😊❤

    • @madzabinga8382
      @madzabinga8382 10 місяців тому

      They make large foil trays as well, the only concern is that they come in a pack of 10, and you have to store them totally flat or they bend out of shape. I love using them and I store them upright with my cookie sheets. I like them better than the grill sheets.

    I noticed a few comments about sponsorships, ads, and hauls. I don’t want anyone to feel as if I’m attacking them so I won’t reply to their comments. I’ll just post my own. I personally don’t mind sponsorships and ads nor hauls. My suggestions are, if you don’t like them, either skip ahead as she suggested or you can use that time to do some cleaning around your home. If a creator has a sponsorship for something I know I don’t need or won’t use, I’ll use that time to just let the video play and switch over laundry or fold a load. Or I’ll make myself a meal or snack. When the cleaning starts, I’ll switch gears and more attentively watch. I hope this helps! I don’t think shaming her for her sponsorships and ads are beneficial to anyone. She deserves to get paid for the many hours it takes to create these videos for us! ❤
