Kurt always had the look of someone who didn't care nor wanted to put the effort in. In reality that wasn't the case at all. I've watched dozens of his shows and he always put in 100% whether under the influence of something or not. It amazes me of how much he tries especially while singing. So many singers just breeze through their lyrics and hit the harder notes when they decide to. Kurt tries everytime, just listen to the ending of this video and you'll see for yourself. He's the epitome of what an artist is capable of.

@@shadowedge729 I've noticed he changes tone for filming / tv broadcasts alot, and it does sounds considerably better, but he lets loose and has different eq's on live shows mostly for catering to the concert hall acoustics.There has never been any Nirvana show i've heard where the tone sounds exactly the same to a different one, all of them sound different.

The people after talked about how it was one of Nirvana's last concerts and then the guy said that it's for teenagers (pretty much) and he remembers their music and really heavy and strong. 👍
His Mustang's sound pretty much the same. The sound-people are what make his sound. His later 1993 and 1994 guitars all had a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB installed in them.

i actually like this performance more than the earlier ones, because he doesn't make any mistakes (of course since he's been playing it so long)
