Newcastle United travelled to Elland Road to face Leeds United in the Premier League and got an absolute hiding.
A very strange team selection from Steve Bruce leaving a few of the winning team from Saturday on the bench. His luck finally ran out tonight as it became very embarrassing for the Toon Army. Leeds United now go above Newcastle United in the Premier League.
Next game up for Newcastle United in the Premier League is a home game against Fulham on Saturday.

As a Leeds fan hurts me to see your pain there Newcastle are a big club and the fans deserve better for their support. As to last night even when you scored it just seemed a matter of time before we came back to equalize nothing changed really you sat back and we will come at you non stop.forward in numbers back in numbers always . Callum Wilson had no chance without support. As northern fans we hope things better soon for you in the toon army.

Totally agree with you . I'm a Leeds fan and love the football we play. Fun to see a team try to play offensive football. We do not have the best players, but they give everything. Runs in positions and wants to attack. Bielsa football 😆Dinosaur football from Newcastle is just right. Had fallen asleep if I were Newcastle man. Sorry to say, but Bruce is not the right man for Newcastle.

I watched Steve Bruce's interview after the match, and he said that in the final twenty minutes, he felt that if either side were going to win the game, it was likely to be Newcastle..... I agreed with him wholeheartedly, then waved goodnight to some pixies at the bottom of my bed, and drifted off into a long and drug induced sleep, lol.
Haha!! His interview just proved how far the man is from reality.

It's hard to look good against the genius of Bielsaball 😉. Credit to Leeds, they make teams look worse than they are so it's not just all about a poor Newcastle performance. Yes, Newcastle were far too happy to sit and counter but that's what Palace and West Ham did and they beat Leeds. Newcastle fans deserve better but you're never going to get attractive football under Bruce. Longstaff lost the ball for the 4th and 5th in the Leeds box trying to make something happen so not sure the team's inability to track back with Leeds is all his fault...

Leeds had 25 shot at our goal tonight. I lost count of how many times they got in behind. Teams lucky to make 3 passes before they run of of ideas and pass it all the way back. No one wants the ball, I’ve no idea what Bruce is having them do in training because the team can’t play football. I know you mentioned Rafa but at least we played some decent stuff under him and the team knew what they where doing when going forward.
I did mention Rafa and your right, we did play decent stuff. We just get the ball and punt it long.
As a passionate Leeds fan watching another passionate fan expressing their pain in such a heartfelt manner, i can only give my support in how you're feeling.....we've had it for what feels like an eternity until Radz, Orta, Kinnear and Bielsa came along. Ive always loved the Newcastle fans and I hope you get a turn in fortune soon and i feel your assessment of the game was spot on....no excuses about penalty appeals and feeling robbed. We played superb against you and its a beautiful thing to behold when it clicks......THATS why Bielsa is considered one of the best in the world and deserves his nomination creating this with the players he has! Also, I was watching this thinking you must be one of the top Newcastle fan channels, your video production quality is fantastic. Leeds fan here, think you hit the nail on the head mate. Definitely think you need a new manager with good tactics. You got a few high quality players who I was surprised were on the bench after seeing some of the highlights of your previous games. Definitely a club that deserves better mate like you said

Leeds fan here. Haven't seen too much of Newcastle this year but you're 100% right re Bruce. He's one of these managers that just get on the merry-go-round and always find a job but bring no modern thinking. It's all defence, or long ball,, just trying to scrag enough points to finish15th-17th and do it again the next year. Passionate and knowledgeable fans deserve better. Darlow was brilliant today. Man of the Match from the goalie who gets 5 past him - he didn't deserve it. I have to say, being a Leeds fan and watching our football is so good. We try to win every week and put in 100% every week. Loved your overall summary - made loads of great points even though you've got the shits! And agree Bilic would be great for you. Good luck with the rest of the season.

Another honest review from a Toon lad, fair play to you mate. Said same myself about Darlow, and this wasn't the first match he's stopped more going in. Cant believe Hendrick who wasn't even good enough to play in the mediocre championship Derby side getting a start for Newcastle. As for world beaters, we have a few but more importantly Bielsa can get the same average players we've had for ages and make them raise their game significantly. You could be the same if you get the manager you deserve. Hope it picks up brother, not what you lot deserve.

Respect to you sir - great broadcast v honest. I take issue with some toon fans however calling Leeds a Championship side..... we're anything but. The way we play is 100% Bielsa ball. I don't mind losing games if we give maximum effort and always attack...I'm fine with that. Of course Newcastle won't go down but under Bruce where is the hope....?

Leeds fan here mate, fantastic game for about 15-20 minutes, don't know why but your lads just sat back after that, I thought it was gunna be a proper end to end game for 90 minutes. If your boys play that 15-20 minutes for 90 minutes you'll win games easy. Bilic is great and he'd actually do well.
We can't keep the ball, we can't pass the ball were only capable of punting the ball as far up the field as we possibly can. There is no tactics, no idea and no hope! As regards to Bruce the song "three blind mice" comes to mind. Why does he always insist on players starting out of position???

Leeds fan here- my dad's a Geordie and Newcastle fan so not here to take the piss ,agree with everything in your video, Newcastle are the worst side we have played this season,they have no formation at all and your best player was darlow, in your defence we run teams ragged most matches and you couldn't live with us ,I was so annoyed you scored twice, that whole squad needs a serious overhaul in my opinion ,bielsa has turned a bang average championship team into an attractive footballing team ,so it can be done ,you gotta find the right manager ,👍👍👍great vid and love the honesty

I'm seeing a lot of comparisons of Bielsa being made to Keegan from Toon fans for the swashbuckling attacking style, and it's a very good one. You might not win every game but 9 times out of 10 you get an enjoyable one. Moreover, you at least get the belief that you'll take the game to an opponent, that you've always got a chance of a win. Never mind all that entitlement crap you hear from the pundits, Newcastle fans deserve a bit of belief at the very very least.

Newcastle are by far the worst team we have faced this season. You have a right to be worried. Bruce is a fraud, and the 11 on the pitch and face that way comment was spot on.
According to the pundits he's a world class manager.

I was surprised Newcastle didn't go for it more, however you only collapsed at the end, I thought you did ok to stay in the game until the last 20 minutes.....think you guys need a more creative manager than a defensive one. Have only just watched this in June, because it can be entertaining watching opposition fans having a meltdown after they lose to Leeds. However in this case I really felt sorry for the guy. We have been there in the past and I understand what it is like. The genuine emotion he was showing, and the hurt at having to watch his team being so shite. Hope Newcastle will be better next year.
