EPIC FAIL! - This Elevator Has a Broken Fire Service Panel Lock

This was certainly a weird finding, but upon making this discovery, I notified security who then passed my concerns on to the building owner/management.
To any elevator enthusiasts reading this: If you discover an elevator panel with a broken lock, inform the proper personnel IMMEDIATELY so that elevator personnel can correct the problem sooner rather than later.
To anyone with malicious or otherwise negative intentions: DON'T PLAY WITH BUTTONS/SWITCHES YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO! You can BREAK the elevator and/or get STUCK which can cause a huge inconvenience for everyone else in the building! That's why I say if the wrong person opened an elevator panel and messed around, they could end up in a lot of trouble in more ways than one.
