Absolutely worth booking a night there, and the barracks is so cheap because there's just zero facilities but a bed and water lol, and you can ghost hunt all night! Thank you tons for watching, Chris! 🎸 ✌️

Haha, yes she went right out in flip flops and her bag on her back, I watched nervously until the tide went down more and joined her. Safety in numbers? 😂
@@FullDarkParanormal the last time i use one, i was 21 with my twin sister and it got mad at us and she put the game in her car and thru it in the kennabec river! we had a very powerful energy between us back then.

Amy and Ryan, I really enjoyed virtually via You Tube following you on your Rose Island Trip🌹🌹🐚🐚🤗🤗!!! When you guys went sea glass hunting you both reminded me of when I was a Kid and my Late Dad, my Brother, my Mom, and I went sea glass hunting and seashell hunting at the Jersey Shore🐚🐚💙💙💙💙💙!!! And I saw a nice seashell @ 10:41🐚🐚!!! And I so LOVE Lighthouses🤗🤗💙💙💙💙💙!!!! With all those antiques, I was wondering if there were any ghosts at the Lighthouse itself👻👻🖤🖤? And the view from the top of the lighthouse is priceless😃😃👍👍👍!! I so agree with you Amy, it looked so pretty that I too would be tempted to stick my feet in the Bay💙💙💙💙💙!!! And I really like how the Lighthouse park decorated the Barracks Room ( I remember how haunted it is too👻👻) with the nice quilt on the bed🤗🤗 and the checker board, but I would have a problem with no toilets inside, no showers, and no place to charge my phone. I also thought it was so cool that Deer🦌🦌 actually swam to the island becoming permanent residence of the Island too💙💙!!! And I have seen Poke Weed before and I know it is poisonous, but I no idea that you could actually eat the shoots and leaves when the plant is new to make a salad 💚💚💚💚and I never knew that the Native Americans used it to make ink!!! And it was really interesting about the sunken railroad tracks too!! Thank you so much for sharing your fun, educational, beautiful, and haunted Vlog to Rose Island👻👻🌹🌹💙💙🖤🖤🖤!!!
Jen and Marcel have stayed here for years now, and they always love October because the entire island is open to wander, and the spookiness of the whole place just seems heightened. We had the best weather for being out in the windy harbor and we were lucky we only needed sweatshirts. The water, thankfully, not that freezing! I followed Jen out on the causeway/stem and had to experience it myself lol. 🌊 We followed the tracks as we explored, noticed so many different natural and man made things at every turn, and I think we collected our weight in sea glass. 😂 We also really loved being able to relax knowing we had 2 nights to hang out. 🌅 Makes us want to return!!Thank you a ton for watching and enjoying our adventure in Newport!! 💜 ✌️ 🚢 👻 🦌 (Ghosts and swimming deer on one island, lol how insane!!)
Sigh….what a wonderful weekend! I had a sneaking feeling that your video would capture all of the magic of Rose Island, but I had no idea that it would bring me directly back. My senses awaken to all of the things that I so love about this place. Not to be macabre, but I often think that Rose Island will be where I will linger well after my last breath. (Note to all who want to communicate with my future spirit👻❤️) lol Some places capture your heart forever. Some people do the same. What a treasure and joy it was for us to have combined the two. Thank you for such a wonderful tribute to our favorite place.❤️❤️❤️
What a beautiful video! It’s good to see that they cleared paths to the Quonset hut and other buildings out in the middle of the island. It was so overgrown before you couldn’t really get out to it. I need to check that out sometime.

Wow what a beautiful location full of awesome history!! And oh yeah pokeweed, as a little girl I helped pick this with our nanny. I remember her cooking it but she would never let us try it. Thank you for sharing this wonderful island!!

6:30 is where they stored torpedo I'm soprised the tracks didn't go streigt to it
Oh cool! You know I bet the tracks are still all there, just covered by grass at a lot of points now, but we don't think they'd ever been removed from the island. Thanks for watching!
