Certainly excited to see these young 49ers progress in the next couple of years. Armstead, Buckner, Thomas, Ward, Robinson, Foster, Hyde, etc all have upside. We even have seasoned vets in Staley, Bowman, and Reid. Let's see if Shanahan and company can develop these guys and challenge for playoff contention.
witherspoon and Robinson are going to be the future corners for them. locking down every pass play.
Derek Norris they are very different corners that compliment the defense well. Witherspoon is more aggressive looking for picks, while Robinson showed he can press up and leave little room for receivers. You see the same kind of combo with Talib and Harris in Denver, but obviously they're all-pro vets.
You should make a video with the highlights of the UDFA we got because damn we got steals for days with KD Cannon and Cole Hikutini

This 49ers draft is eerily similar to the Bucs first round back in '95 when Lynch was there. Take a top defensive lineman early in Solomon Thomas and catch an elite linebacker on the slide in Reuben Foster, JUST like they did with Warren Sapp (12th overall) and Derrick Brooks (28th overall).

Let's hope Foster can play and that diluted sample is just some water. You can tell by all the interviews Kyle and John have fun with this organization and they just bounce off each other so well. I'm telling y'all if the stars are aligned right and everything goes according to their plans I see them resigning contracts after 6 years. We're coming for that championship, it's gonna take time but we're coming.

Soloman Thomas and Reuben Foster are just all around ballers and I feel like both are ready to make an immediate impact but they should make sure that Foster is completely healthy and ready to go before throwing him in.
The QB Beathard from Iowa has a pretty good arm but will need work but has a good base in fundamentals.
Joe Williams is a pretty good pick up because we did not draft to high for him but has tremendous upside. I saw him rush for 300 yards against UCLA.
I can't remember the name of the corner from Miami but I like his play recognition and he is a hard hitter. I don't know how well he plays the pass.

Arizona cant get their feet under them, Rams are the Rams, and Seattle is on hte way out, the cracks are starting to show, that Hobbit cant get away from Thomas, Reuben, Bow, Arik And DeFo. And Ward and Reid wont let anything get up top. Robinson and Witherspoon are blanket CBs who will be hell to throw over.
Wow.. When you watch film on the picks and along with who we picked up before the draft.. Everyone the picked up and high energy, showtimers , high flyers , and smart players the draft picks will be molded into great players with the help of the vets they picked up. And it looks like everyone has the mindset of win win win.

I'm happy bout this years draft I have NFL Mobile I could watch the draft and when the Niners were on the clock I was nervous and when I saw that the Bears had traded up I was kinda like WTF but right now I'm so happy with that draft except that they let Brad Kaaya fall through their hands! #NinerNationforever

This was great video. Im hoping all these top draft picks on the DL can finally translate into some good defense. Pretty sure the 49ers were like the worst in rush defense last season. I love Eric Reid and Bowman, but they need a lot more help. Our CBs are still shaky though. But having a good front 7 like back in 2011-2013 was key to success. Why didnt they draft any OL? Protection was HUGE issue last season,
so stoked...can't wait for September... 4-9 gang for L

Ruben foster is another Patrick Willis! We finally have a run stopper at MLB and an aggressive one. Solomon Thomas is gonna prove to be the better player than Myles Garrett. Our defense is coming back baby! it's only a matter of time before we have a championship defense again.

The Niners did great on defense but is suspect on offense. Teams are going to blitz the mess out of us & stack the box with 8 men until we can prove that the pass/run is unstoppable & with this WR/TE core I don't see that happening.

He's complete overturned this roster so its really hard to see how it pans out, but I love what he's done so far. Love the two first round picks. Still iffy about grabbing Beathard as early as they did, but maybe they knew something. I wouldn't have minded Tim Williams instead of Witherspoon to eventually replace Bowman. Williams had 2nd round grades. I love the Joe Williams pick though. I think he's going to be a player.

As a Rams fan, 49ers completely destroyed everyone in this draft. Great picks all the way through even though I think Josh Dobbs would've been better than the Iowa QB due to his strong running ability. but the offense should be explosive & the defense should be pretty stout.
