Great podcast 🦾🦸🏼♂️ Do you know if the stated ppm is for the new make when going into the cask or is it before bottling? Im coming from a distillers perspective and it sounds much easier to check the ppm on the new make vat, also the fact that 3 of them are exactly 35ppm feels like its most likely before aging :) Anyways im hunting the turbo so hope more is gonna be available soon 🤩
I was thinking of waiting a few more years for these to mature further, but after listening to you guys I’m tempted to order one already.
