He thought he would be able to get up and run avoiding the blast hoping They a would follow but before he could turn around Hectors wheel chair exploded.the more I think of it to I think bomb may have been sensitive to sound. Bell didn't make enough sound but went Gustav yelled out it was loud enough to trigger it.
I don't think so, we saw how Walter made the bomb before, it's definitely just a button press, hence why the bell sounded weirder because it got changed into the button. Would come out of nowhere to somehow make it trigger through sound and I'm not sure how Walter would have even build something like this or why, hell, would have probably gone off on accident before if that was the case
