Great video as usual Niclas! Just want to share my own story:
Yes, I've manifested my SP, and she is now my wife, so it is do-able. I didn't really buy into any of the coaches that just hype up the SP thing with catchy titles like "Make your SP obsessed now," "Get him or her to move mountains for you," etc. The problem I think most people run into, simply put, is that they put their person on a pedestal knowingly or unknowingly. They do these techniques, which aren't inherently good or bad, from a place of lack to try to get something, instead of embodying the state of being loved and worthy.
I manifested my wife mostly from assuming that I AM the source of my reality, and that I AM always happy, loved, and successful regardless of my relationship status in the 3D. Sure I affirmed for her every now, and then but it wasn't the main focus, and I kept the affirmations very short. At the same time, I studied the Law, creation, and what manifestation really means which I have used to better my life! (well all the good things were all mine and I just needed to allow and claim them via shifting states/changing film rolls).
And boom, my person, out of the blue, wanted to commit to a serious relationship with me at the time where I didn't even think much about my relationship progress- I was just busy enjoying my abundant life!
P/S: My favorite techniques are plain affirmations (looping them in my head or out loud with full conviction), scripting & SATS (sometimes I visualize, sometimes I just use my affirmations to rock myself to sleep)

This is what I have realized in the past few days. It does not have to be that complicated. Just believe that you are on with the universe and it is done.
It’s pretty obvious that if we are manifesting SP it’s because that they are not with us in a relationship in the 3D world. Despite all, we are still standing, alive, fine and functional. Therefore, this alone tells you that you are fine and abundant without that person. Of course, you love and desire your SP, so you’re going to miss them from time to time and this is totally fine. However, knowing that you are fully functional should allow you to manifest in good state of mind where you feel complete.
That would be true except for a million other variables that affect peoples state of mind while attempting to manifest. Hell, even just having a little headache can throw you off, or maybe your body is in some kind of pain or you’re just stressed out

This is my first time seeing a video of yours and I am shocked and impressed by how HEALTHY your approach to manifestation is. I have been driven away from manifesting, not for lack of belief, but because of how many toxic practices/beliefs are encouraged and how many buzzwords get thrown around until they're devoid of any meaning. The most glaring example at the moment being "self concept". every manifestation channel seems to talk about having a healthy self concept without actually spending any time focusing on what that really means. It starts to feel disingenuous and self serving at a point, and I can't put my trust in someone if it feels like they're exploiting my desires to make a quick buck. This video is perfectly balanced in my opinion, not too harsh, but also not so "positive" as to be unrealistic or unfocused. I will definitely be watching more videos from you in the future.
Okay l wanted to comment and share my gratitude and tell everyone that this video contains everything you need to manifest an SP. I watched this video in parts in august and mind you my SP returned after 10 months within 3 days of me watching and applying this video. We stopped talking again because of my negative beliefs so I’m back here but this time I have even more confidence in the video and myself. Thank you again!

Not sure if that exactly happened since he denied it but the passive aggressiveness that he showed and the ghosting right after and how he was an asshole to me when I asked him, confirms it for me. Anyways, I hope it works for all you guys. I truly hope so and as for me I have no desires in my life anymore except of getting a job and focusing on my work 🙌

Yes. I manifested my SP with SATS, always knowing we were in each other's hearts regardless of what the 3D was showing and being neutral to any outer circumstances.

I've just finished the video and want to share my story with you guys. You CAN manifest a person. I had a friend who i had a crush on and he was living in another city. We were planning to meet up and for almost a month, everynight when i got in my bed, i imagined fake scenarios- i was even talking to imaginary him. And he visited me finally. We had the exact same conversations in bed and we were together for like 2 months. It didn't end up well but i couldn't imagine our happily ever after. And almost one year later, i am here, manifesting someone else, knowing this one is more difficult since we only met once and he is considered a well-known person BUT I KNOW, I CAN DO IT. So can you! 💕
there is no levels of difficulty related to manifestation. you want the version of him that already is with you, loves you and is a good partner. imagine that.
I had an erotic dream once about a co-worker, it was a chasing dream where he came in towards the end and saved me from them and I took that bit and visualized that to fall back asleep at night. We never hooked up it in it would end with us face to face. Around 12 years later I was attacked in a gas station at 3am getting a vitamin water for my friend who had kept me up crying all night but refused to go to crisis, I left her in the car and went in the only gas station I could find open where a drunk man inside saw me and grabbed me. I don't know how long I was struggling with the drunk man but in walked my ex co-worker and he saved me. I read later visualizing while falling asleep is a manifestation method. You want to be as specific as you can about what you want and stay away from what you don't want as that will manifest too. Funny thing about my original dream, that same friend who was crying was in that in the beginning of it and she had made a sound or said something that had started the chase to begin with.
I've manifested lots of relationships...it sucks because we just weren't a good match. The chemistry was there but something is always missing. That's what I want to learn how to fix... manifesting the right person meant for me...and that I am meant for him❤

Really good video - Only two things:
1) With regards to the question - what if the SP magically disappeared or whatever - If you love someone - love and relationship are two different things - if you truly love someone I believe this combines a spiritual bond and relationship with the person which - based on one's values - would automatically imply exclusivity. Whereas - a Relationship is a surface level status. Ultimately, I believe what someone is generally saying if they want an SP - in most cases - is - based on the probability of outcomes (in line with the multiple realities) - the person is choosing to be with the SP because they won't necessarily get the same feeling with someone else - but also - it doesn't mean the same pattern won't happen again. Then you simply run through a cycle of just going through SPs - or ANYONE WITH SPECIFIC QUALITIES (difference between general and specific). For example, if a person was married for 20 years - simply to just try and manifest another person would probably feel fairly unfaithful and negating to their original love and commitment for the SP they were married to.
Yes, if an SP leaves this existence and someone truly wanted that SP, they may still (and many widowed have done so) elect to never be with someone else again - or not be with someone else for an extensively long time before even considering another person. So I think it's unfair not to give credit to someone who honestly desires an SP.
2) I don't agree that people constantly look for content to find new techniques. I believe many people use similar or new techniques - or incorporate new ones with already existing ones - in order to maintain the state of the wish fulfilled. I.e. they use it to keep going - i.e. motivation. I look for success stories myself (and sometimes I have fallen in and out of the black hole) - but I do recognise when the same content creator makes 5-10 videos of 'do this to manifest a text' - when none of them work at all (and you can see the percentage of success comments in contrast to the views prove this). Also - and the biggest give away to content creators who just want to produce content for views and money - is when they start to completely contradict themselves. For example, when someone makes 5 videos titled 'This is the only video you will ever need' OR 'This is the only technique you will ever need'. This really gets my goat. This in conjunction with creators who discuss theories based on completely different principles - e.g. someone discussing quantum theory and the multiverse principle to shift reality timelines - vs. chakras and healing to attract things (i.e. Law of Assumption Vs Law of Attraction). Other content creators - I have seen recently - posted videos on shifting reality and then post another on what our purpose is on this planet (implying our destiny and fate) which completely contradict each other. This is done to try to get a wider view range of multiple people with varied beliefs, but the problem is they are contradicting each other viewers' beliefs on different videos - which becomes triggering and frustrating - which actually exhausts me in the community and - at times - tests my belief in the entire principle of LOAssumption.

One of the biggest influencing factors with all these videos ultimately boils down to what the person truly believe at the core of his or her being. Though I agree with most of what you have said, I also have applied some of the other techniques, with even greater results as what I initially anticipated. Like the manifesting of a text message, was what I aimed for, and 2 days later recieved a visit in person from this person flying in from 500 milles away for business in my area.

I was understanding through my SP that I missed, that I really had thought I was broken, lacking.
Just these days I felt like 100 percent, now I understand!
My conscious journey to WHOLE needed 1 year.

It was the same for me. Until recently, I thought that I was in a hurry to get the commitment out of him and was so sad without him. Then I started to really work on my self-concept and I'm slowly starting to see my own worth and how nice it is to be with just myself. I've been on this journey for 5 months now and in hindsight, I can see the errors I have made. But it's okay. I still have some work to do on myself and my limiting beliefs.

I agree with the 24 hours part but honestly I feel like its okay to go into a relationship with some unhealed parts/ triggers. Sometimes we can't even recognize those triggers and unhealed parts til we are in a relationship. The majority of healing should happen with self but I also believe relationships should be healing too

Now I know - since everything I can imagine is possible - that I can do both because I know I am happy either way. I'm still in the middle of the video, but felt the urge to pause to say something I have realized through time, it is that to get into alignment with your wish fullfilled, it requires time, patience and sometimes when you feel you're getting exasperated or anxious about that, you just need to stop everything you're doing and thinking, take some time to take a few breaths and calm down to get back into the desired state, and on my experience, of course, you have to have the patience to practice it everyday, no matter what. If you want whatever that is, genuinely and from the bottom of your heart, and you have an unshakable commitment with this thing you're willing to manifest, I can 100% assure that it is going to come to fruition. If it is something that your ego considers big compared to past experiences or "minor" manifestations, chances are you are not going to see the outside results immediatly, and in this manifesting community what I've been seeing a lot is that people get upset and want to give up thinking it doesn't work just because in the western world, we are addicted to hustle and immediacy, we lack any patience and want to grab everything and anything right away. Patience in this cause is in my opinion, one of the greatest keys for being successful in obtaining whatever you want.

I found this video at the perfect time because I was working through some heavy emotions regarding my sp a few days ago. I finally found my center again knowing I have all that I need within, I am never alone and I realize I have work to do on myself. I have manifested special moments with my sp that have happened and I've tested the law of attraction on other things as well, I know this is legit. Recently I believe the universe is trying to show me what I need to do for myself, before my vision can come to fruition. I really enjoyed this video and how you broke everything down, the syncrinisitie of what has been on my mind is uncanny. This video randomly popped up on my feed and normally I scroll past most manifest sp blah... for the same reasons you mentioned. Thank you for sharing this knowledge. 🙏 ❤

I want to thank you, Niclas! You've liberated me from the pain I've been feeling. I wouldn't say I completely feel free, but it's as if someone has turned a light switch on. I have come to realize, well, hell yes I can always manifest him and I will succeed - for sure. But does that mean I should? Maybe yes, maybe no, but atleast your video helped me take a step back. I mean, to be honest, the trigger warning was real! I felt triggered. With Neville's quote and then, a day later, I felt free. Like I could start over again. I could find even better love. I could be re-born!! And that felt wonderful :) Other LOA teachers make us focus so hard on manifesting the SP, that we tend to lose sight of the fact that we're not tied to our SP's. At the same time, yet another group of LOA teachers ask us to dump the dumper, cut the chords, move on - that sounds painful too. Maybe we are not fully ready to move on, even when they have blocked/ghosted us. But you're somewhere in the middle - yes we can manifest, yes we can move on, yes we choose what we want to do, but we do it in a powerful way, because we know none of that matters anyway, because we are all we need. I am all I need. You're a good person, I can tell. Please continue making wonderful videos. God bless!

@@MindfulMomentum_ Thanks for checking in on me, I really appreciate it :) I'm just getting by :) I have been able to manifest a few non-SP things. For instance, I live in a co-living apartment and I manifested that I got the biggest (and my most favorite) room; and one of my roommates who had that room suddenly decided to move in with his girlfriend to the upper west; just like neville says. Go straight to the end and you will hurt no one. So things of that nature - a bonus etc :)
I also had a chance meeting with my SP. (My ex) someone invited both of us for dinner at the same place and we ended up meeting each other. But nothing happened. 😢 I am not sure if that chance meeting was a consequence of all the manifesting work I have been doing; but I'm trying to read more neville books, and just disciplining myself.
