- So I was thinking of doing a Facebook post about most expensive Malaysian car and all of a sudden, a brand we all knew but seldom remind ourselves popped up - Bufori!
So I gave them a call, and went for a visit. Seriously, no one else in the world builds cars like they do.

Made in Malaysia but seldom sold there. I met Jerry in 2003 or something, he gave me a tour of their facility, they were hoping to make 400 cars that year and i think 2 were planned to stay in Malaysia.

Many hard core Proton R&D are actually done by them. We saw some amazing concepts but i cannot tell you anything.

The sporty blue-coloured car reminds me of the TVR / Ginetta models . Is it also powered by the Chrysler Hemi V8? As for the Bufori Geneva, the front-end asthetics need to be re-designed though..

I always admire Bufori but there are a few things they should change.. First thing is, ditch the Chrysler parts because Chrysler parts are not really reliable and have lots of faulty issues.. Secondly, the design.. The design looks a bit cheap like a kit car even though everything else is top notch.. I always support what they do and I hope Bufori will be well recognised around the world..

I don't think the Jaguar XJ rear lights on one of the sports cars work, wrong style. Interesting that most of their smaller sports cars are actually rear engine, using a Subaru engine driving the rear wheels.

Why is this car even road legal on malaysian road?! Custom made!!!. If you have a perodua myvi & you change to a toyota passo or daihatsu boon skin (which is a perfect fit) jpj will saman or confiscate your car. Bufori have high ranking friends in JPJ ker?!!

Already for 30 years. The new Bufori Geneva is 750hp and 1000nm full carbon fibre kevlar luxury sedan. Even the engine cover is carbon kevlar. No cars in this world are constructed the way they do.
