Timely, after many, many months of ignoring stretching this morning I chose to get back to it. Thanks for making this piece of guidance and inspiration.
I've been getting into bouldering lately, but i've definetly felt my back and upper legs not having a greattime afterwards. After climbing yesterday and waking up with a quite sore back i decided to find some stretching exercises. I just did this little routine and the aching has swept away immedietly! I'll definetly start putting these stretches in my routine now, thanks so much!
So grateful for this Mer !!!!!! I loved the routine i had the luck to catch it just now!!!! The 5 SEC contraction in the exercises was new for me and i just loved it . Also the last flexors stretch, a new way to feel them. Thank you so so so much.
Should these been done outside of actual climbing session? At the end of a session? I feel like I’ve heard static stretching before a session isn’t great? Thx for all the content. These are great.
Hi great video! I would like to ask you one thing. I'm going to a climbing gym for almost one year and I never do excercises for flexibility, so now I would like to improve also in that aspect (especially for the leg that I feel like stuck every time). Is this routine ok to start or I should add also some othe exercises? Thanks in advance!

Yes this is a great start to a daily routine. You could add 1-2 loaded or more intense stretches to get deeper range once or twice a week.
Hi! Thank you for this video. Can I do this exercises without warning up or should I add warming up at the beginning?
