I know that we are living in the end times. It is the time for the Lord to come again, look at 1 Thessalonians 5:1-13, I urge everyone to know how they are saved. Because if you are saved by righteousness, I would check my salvation again. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. You can think you are saved, and still act like a fool, fools are not saved. Look at the 10 virgins? 5 wise virgins that had the oil of life and 5 foolish virgins that did not have the oil. The oil is salvation, you can't run around thinking that you are saved when you don't know what true salvation is? Salvation is admitting to God that you can't do anything right, because man can't live without Christ in his life. REPENT of your sins and ask Jesus to come into your heart! The time is very, very short. Pray to God and seek his will out through the Word of God!
In the parable of the wise and foolish virgins, BOTH groups had oil, but the wise had extra oil in jars as well as their lamps. Therefore, the oil CANNOT be referring to salvation. Try again. I think the wise virgins were prepared to endure an extended period of darkness and the foolish thought that they'd be raptured out before things got really bad. But if you compare Matthew 24 with the seals in Revelation, you will see that they match up and Yeshua refers to those things as "the beginning of the birth pains." Are you ready to suffer for the One who suffered for you?

The first, Satan caught their attention, like the cat and the laser dot. The second was like a person who thought they had gotten saved but forgot about it and just continued living there life, no Bible reading & no praying. The third person you would think they really had gotten saved. But, man doesn't know if any other person is saved. The only person they can be sure about is themselves. Because, when things got a little hard for that person with church life they just said, "forget this, I'm just going back to the world." A person that never really was born again because they just left God because he is too hard on people. If they would have just stayed and continued to read there Bible & prayed. God will deliver his children when they are being chastened, Hebrews 12:5-8.
