Yep same here in the UK.2004 KDJ120, 101,000 miles oil change every 6000 miles, runs like a Swiss watch , I can honestly say I will never change this motor, I take it to Europe through the Swiss alps ,Germany in Bavaria, it just purrs along me and the missus love it, it's a silver gold colour cream leather interior like mint it is 20 years old I've had it 10 years
I have one prado 150 2012 and a hilux srv 2016 version for Panama in central america, great engines. try to change the motor oil every 4k kms. i wonder why the owner bought a new engine ? the crack piston can be changed ? thanks mate good videos.
I just don't understand how someone (including myself) would want a crappy D4D Toyota engine. Mine was somking at 110k kms already....fully dealer maintained... ridiculous. Diesel crap. Both of my UZE 100s are running perfectly without any smoke or whatsoever .. just stick to the gas engines, 1UZ, 2UZ, 3UZ.. they're so much more reliable.
My d4d 3.0 l hilux is on 347000km. Engine and gearbox smooth as ever. Dieselfilter changed every 5000km and engine oil, airfilter and oil filter every 10000km.
Вы уменьшили рециркуляцию EGR и увеличили скорость сгорания топлива, добавив кислорода. Нечему удивляться. Зато впуск чистый. На современных дизельных двигателях нельзя уменьшать рециркуляцию. Я ставил эту пластину 7мм, потом увеличил до 10 и зимой в Сибири машина была холодной, а треск работы громкий. Я почищу впуск каждые 100к, и оставлю сток. Сейчас егр полностью открыт, мотор тихо рычит , а в машине тепло
@@Fourby4Diesel все настройки заводские и показания MAF 17-22 . можно бесконечно менять форсунки. В нашей стране проблема приходит к тем, кто делает чип или глушит ЕГР. Спасибо
360k km on my 2008 KDJ120...no smoke and runs beautifully. Had it for the last 130k km and oil chnage every 5-7k kms.
