Thanks for the video, just wanted some backup batteries without spending too much on them and my only concern was compatibility and to make sure they won't screw up the camera. So it looks like a perfect buy for me.

I got these batteries in early January. Batteries did seem to last a little shorter than the official one, but not enough to hinder a full travel day. Pretty much exactly what you got.

5:52 in when you discuss the pull out tabs on the batteries - if you keep one fingernail a little long (which I don’t) it’s pretty easy to get a hold of the pull tab. If you keep your fingernails trimmed close like me (I play guitar) it’s a struggle to get a hold of the pull tabs on any batteries that have them. IMO why couldn’t they have incorporated some kind of spring click in and out thingamabob like how the battery goes in and springs out when you open the battery door just enough so that you can grab it with two fingers on my Canon EOS R?
I agree. It would be nice if they popped out like the micro SD card.
It's not a big deal but it would be nice. On the First Power batteries the tab is also longer so even without fingernails it's pretty easy to grab.
In my installation I use most frequently it's mounted to the windshield upside down and a bit over an arms length away. That make the stock battery pretty hard to get one handed. :)
If they could find a way to eject the battery without making the camera bigger I'd vote fire that.

I'd mount a guess that these non-oem batterys will not do as well in cold weather and id definitely not try and use the "80% charge in 22minutes" option on them. besides that its an ok option as its practically impossible for me to get insta360 to sell me batterys directly to my country.
I'll be doing more testing on them. I could do a quick test in the freezer.
