YSS is the best choice for the city, no matter what kind of troops you are focusing on. Of course, if there are a lot of infantry, Zenobia+yss is the best. If there are a lot of cavalry or archers, so theo/wu/arte/saladin is good
She's not good for the healing and the healing part is good in ark of osiris. Richard's healing is good there too but there are better garrison commander than him.
If i was you chisgule with your power and your gear and commanders i would love to be rallied anytime anywhere everyday dude realisticly even if they chain you for 15min you wont suffer the trade would be 1:5 or more if they are in losing situation like you are in now which you winning the possibility of you beeing zeroed is less then 1% either you sleep and get zeroed...
technically you all whales are farm killers so...i really think u should have a league of your owns and not stalking the players who are really enjoying this

If healing troops is so bad in a Garisson...then why is zenobia so good?
She's not good for the healing and the healing part is good in ark of osiris. Richard's healing is good there too but there are better garrison commander than him.
Zenobia is good for the rest of her kit, including health boost and all damage boost on the active skill
