Previously we saw that you could only have a maximum angle of 45° in the horizontal between vents. I'm wondering what the rules are for routing the branches off of the circuit vented branch? You showed an image where the WC comes down at a 90 and a 45 fitting to the the wye.
This a late reply. That 45° offset is referring to a change of direction in the circuit vented branch. What you are talking about is the change in direction inside the trap arm connecting the toilet to the circuit vented branch. You need to follow trap arm rules for trap arms, circuit vent rules for the circuit vented branch.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I am not well versed in the IP. The forth year instructors are better at answering this question. (I am not a forth year instructor) From what I can gather, many of the questions are either based from the code or are regarding practical things you might come across on the job site.
Great quality thanks for the efforts
I learn alot in this video
this guys a mathematical genious!😘
What happened? Why did the videos stop?
Stopped teaching
@@MathematicPlumber please keep this youtube channel forever, we can't thank you enough!
Hey boss man could you make a video covering the sizing of regulator vents?
Totally misread your comment. Regulator venting is a good topic though.
Is it not required for the circuit vent to be between the two most upstream fixture drains?
That is an optional placement, not a requirement
Great question! That's what I originally thought as well.
@@MathematicPlumberthanks for clarifying, learning a ton from your videos or should I say re learning much of what I have forgotten over the years.

Hi Kelly, is there a way I can contact you? I have a few questions about some TQ questions I can’t figure out. Thanks a lot

Hi, it's so useful, and I'd like to know whether you have any videos or documents regarding interprovincial plumbing exam?

Great illustrations. Thank you. Shouldn't the branch connect to the stack with a sanitary tee, not a wye?
A wye is preferred as it is more directional. But a TY is acceptable by code. (Your local inspector may say no to the TY though)
What happens if you over size your relief or circuit vent ? Say up too 3” for the relief
Over sizing a vent is never a concern. Other than it might cost more
Thank you
Any year 3?? Your videos are a massive help
Thanks! Most of my videos are 3rd year content
