Can you tell me if I can create a multi answer for example: What type of product do you need....which could be a multiple choice selection but can I then add a text field to the right for a # number input for how much or many do you need. What is my best option please

I want to reuse a Form I created, but copying doesn't seem to allow my organisation to complete it again. Any ideas?

Sadly, that is not possible within Forms to link off to a Document for completion. Instead you could embed your Form on a SharePoint or Web Site Page and the have a section above to download the Word Document. Once completed, you can setup the ability to upload a file in Forms, and it require a little setup and I do think we have a video on the Channel to help with doing that too 😀

Can you change the font size on the form?

Yes, you can indeed, if you double click on the text for the question and then you will see a formatting ribbon and able to change the font size 😀
