Victoria your meals look so good I think takeaway meals are getting expensive we have one once in a blue moon laast night we had pie chips and baked beans don't know the last time I had that for tea .I was in aldi getting some shopping and I was in the freezer Isle and saw the small individual steak pies so I got some I can't remember the price but they were less than 2 pound for 4 I'm going away Friday for a long weekend and my lad has asked me to make a stew for him so il make some later and he will have chips with a portion and I wil portion the rest up for him love to you all fran xxxx

What else can I put in my quiche to add to cheese eggs and milk please
In quiche I usually add bacon or ham to go with cheese. If you want it vegetarian I would add some cooked peppers and onions maybe 🤔
How was the salsa with the eggs
So good! It was the perfect savoury and spicy flavour to give a bit of contrast to the blandness of the eggs. It’s definitely a keeper 😋
the chicken meat looks really fatty id use chicken breast instead
Chicken thighs are a fattier meat than breast which usually makes the meat more tender. If you wanted to reduce the fat content you could definitely use chicken breast just be careful not to overcook as they will dry out 😊
